he posted hours of this location being open are misleading due to the staff utilizing call forwarding to respond and communicate with the renter. The female worker/employee would call and text from her personal number and, in my case, discriminated against me personally for errors in the mobile app. I was also threatened and under authorized charges were made multiple times to my bank account while I had the vehicle even though a $100 deposit was taken out for my reservation.Jeremy K.

Worst U-Haul experience Ever. Rented a 10' Moving Truck on 8-6-22. Total cost $554 if returned with same gas and under mileage. Truck returned under mileage and more gas when i picked it up. First issue: was told 48 hours before pick up will not be at location i choose, when booked on line. The new location was way out of the way on other side of town. I was advised someone would be present at the location to assist. Get to the location and door is locked, call number on door, to be told have to get key out of lockbox. Told will receive a credit for $23,38 due to no gas in truck. Truck was dirty on the inside and looked like it had been sitting for sometime. Return Truck on 8-7-22 under mileage and more gas in truck. My Credit Card was charged $574.75. Called original location on 8-9 spoke with a â€œQâ€ ask why charge the amount, he stated i can not tell why you was charged more and that you have to call the location that you dropped truck off at. This location doubles as a tax service, very unprofessional when you call, will be caring on a full conversation with someone else, and not addressing you as the customer. Second issue: Go into location of drop off and speak with assistant manager Eddie Wilson III, advised him of over charge and he advised me to call the location that i got the truck from, i advised him just talked to Q and told me to speak with this location. Eddie looked at contract and state you are right does not make sense why you was charged more. You have to call corporate office , provided me with the number of 678-608-4146 called corporate office while in the U-Haul location and had phone on speaker. Spoke with a â€œDiamondâ€ stated same thing now sure why charged more, can not help me. I ask to speak with manager, she stated manager is on Vacation. I said ok, let me speak to someone that is in charge.. Said no one.. WOW no one i can talk with about my money. Eddie then stated let me she what i can do and issued the refund for $23.38, i advised him at the time should be more.Total charge should have been $554 given credit of ($23,38)= $530,62 Charged on Credit Card $574,75 Total refund should be $44,13 $574,75 -$530,62=44,13 He said that is all i can do. 8-16-22 No refund issued to my Credit Card. I go into the location and speak with Eddie Wilson again. Advise him no refund. He says you have to call you bank. I said i have and they are not showing it. Eddie states i see what happened â€œ corporate rejected itâ€ not sure why. Stated i can issue another one and will take 5-7 days. Advised him already spent too much time on this and what if rejected again. Eddie stated then you have to call corporate office in Phoenix AZ. I said can't you call them now to find out why..Eddied stated no.. I advised you are the assistant mgr, you should be able to call them and find out why rejected. Total lack of management and ownership to get issue resolved. Continued to pass the buck and refer me to call someone else. I booked a reservation for a uhaul at the time of my arrival I paid my $80 fee. I was charged an extra $29 randomly after dropping off the vehicle a hour early. When I called to ask about it I was told â€œwe don't go over transactions after hoursâ€ in which if that's the case I can understand. However this experience put a bad taste in my mouth due to the usual activity. Still working on figuring out my extra charge.Christopher A.

The van had huge bags of balloons in the back. The tire pressure light was on and all four tires had different levels of air. The lockbox was difficult to open and I wasn't told until I arrived that the furniture dolly was not available.Nicole L.

Ensure that the U-Haul representative is dressed appropriately when dealing with customers. The representative was dressed as though they were getting ready to go to the club. (and I am being nice). Other than that, the service was what I would expect from U-Haul, great.Jerry F.
Inside the cab and the back was filthy. I had to worry about my items from my event center getting dirty. If new it was like that's would have brought cleaning supplies. The windows are dirty. It was hard to see at night from the glair that hit the windows. Overall, this was the A very bad experience for me. I think do to COVID-19 virus spread the vehicle need to be thoroughly cleaned before the next customer rent. The gas tank was not at the level that was stated on the app. So disappointed. You use to have customers take pictures of the gas gauges what happened. One time I rented a U-Haul truck and the back smelled like urine. You need to find a way to lock the back when not in use. One time I went to pickup a truck and a homeless person was sleep in the back. Something has to be done.LAKISHA D.

I was not informed after specifically asking about return after closing hours, that I needed to log in the return online! I was charged an additional $20. I contacted the office and was told by the representative that it was in my contract I should have read that. When I checked in, she was on a personal call and remained on the call the entire time. She should have advised me of the policy when I asked. I just feel I shouldn't be charged for not logging in the return.CLAUDIA C.

Clearly explain the new "MANDATORY" rental requirements to customers BEFORE they arrive since not everyone has the mobile technology, nor mobile security features to download apps; register themselves; print their own receipts; etc. My reservation was also shortened without my agreement even though I previously called a corporate location & the 1-800#. I did NOT appreciate being redirected to a Mom & Pop rental location with limited resources!!! Nor, do I appreciate not receiving ONE final bill from corporate "CLEARLY" explaining why I was charged an extra $50+ dollars:(Keshunda P.

This was not my choice in a pick up location, it was a good deal farther away from me causing additional miles to be added. It was also in a difficult area to get to and from.Robert R.
We are let the location know that there were ants in the uhaul. She came & cleaned & stated that she saw no ants. We took a photo of the ants still present inside and she did not do anything about the ant issue. We had to clean the ants out ourselves at home.ABAGAIL C.

The worst Uhaul experience to date. As soon as the office opens on Monday I will call to voice my complaint, AGAIN! If I wasn't pressed for time there is no way I would have taken that truck. Uhaul owes ME for the cleaning and upkeep of their truck! 1. Truck disgusting in the front cab and the back 2. Truck on "E" but check-in claimed 1/4 full 3. Glass shards, food, trash, etc... in the back of the truck 4. Charged over $50 for gas/fuel charges unnecessarilySharon A.

My reservation was wrongly cancelled and given/taken by another customer. This could have derailed my whole week. No ORIGINAL personnel from the site was on location. With that said, Natasha, who rushed to us and clean up someone elses mess, was the only redeeming face of my experience with renting at this location. Spite dealing with difficult situations and even more difficult customers, she was kind, helpful, accommodating, professional, and patient. The rest of my move went smoothly because of her efforts and I am grateful for her. Shes awesome. If youve been lucky enough to have her, NEVER LET HER GO!Khalid A.

I'm very upset about my bill I was quoted one thing and yes I did bring it back a few minutes late but after looking in my bill it was additional $60 charge to my card without me authorizing anything.
