Merchant never opened. Wrong key was in key box to another vehicle I didn’t rent. Talked to multiple U-Haul representatives and that put my move behind over 1 1/2 hours. Was not a good experience and I should be compensated for the inconvenience

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe app was extremely slow and would not load. We could load it on an internet browser but the links all loaded the app. The key was also in the wrong lock box and we had to make several phone calls to the the key. This made us late for what we needed the uhaul for. Finally we got the keys and our time was increased per customer service for an extra 30 minutes because it took so long to get the keys. When we got into the truck the air didn't blow on the top. Only at our feet. There was also a spit bottle under the drivers seat.
Jessa WWrong key in box. Delayed pickup. No dolly which was reserved. Terrible service
Ebony CGreat customer service. I was not able to use the app properly but the agent (Natasha - I believe her name was) walked me through the process with links sent to my phone and stayed on the phone through each step. Even the young lady at the desk of the tax service next door was pleasant and allowed me to come inside out of the heat. Will definitely be renting from them again.
Aiyanna ONo one came out to help from uhaul luckily this place is behind a auto mechanic shop so the mechanics helped attach the car the lady who worked the front desk was no help she smoked a cigarette and didn’t come to check on us until we had the car attached
