This storage facility had 1 bigger storage unit open and I snatched it with hopes of it being wonderful and sure enough it was. The manager was always respectful and helpful as much as he could be. The storage facility was never ever dirty was always clean and very well lighted. The elevator never once had a delay. The ACCESS hours were more than convenient. I never ever once had issues here so kind and friendly and especially helpful. Climate controlled units are a very PLUS!!!

trailer was very old, 1991 model and when i had a flat tire the local maintenance did not have a rim that would fit. after a 3 hour wait maintenance took the flat tire and rim to get a new tire mounted. very poor service!

The staff was always friendly and courteous while conducting business, esp James who always went above and beyond expectations with his customer service. After almost nearly 3 yrs using EXIT one storage I felt almost like I was leaving family and a home. Very clean and well maintained facility. Exceptional facility and staff! I highly recommend!

Charged me an additional $27 for gasoline and a cleaning fee when the van I rented was filthy when I picked it up and there was more gas in it when I dropped it off. Then there was when I picked it up. Never again. U-Haul

Have a Dolly secure latch installed in the trailer. Great service and trailer.

I received a Charge for Not folding the moving blankets , I was never told , It's NOT in my contract. , this is unacceptable. Mean while if I parked the Trailer away where in the lot other then I did , the blankets where not secured safely , I parked the trailer into a wall witch prevented the doors to be opened and removed ( steal) the Blankets. The manger I spoke to was totally unprofessional when it came to discussing this issue. I reached out to Uhaul corporate and are waiting to hear back from someone.

This is the second time renting a pick up truck from this location and again I feel that no improvement is needed also I received excellent customer service here especially from Susie she was polite quick and sweet as can be would highly recommend to anyone!

I thought I was renting a van for $19,95 a day. I was not informed of the different rates on rentals vs. miles. But it was a great van and a great experience. I will be renting their again.

The location is in a place where there is not a lot of service causing the online check in with your phone to be a struggle. The dolly I rented was not in the vehicle.

Customer service at this location,,,Great! he was nice, friendly, efficient. It didnt take long for pick up, truck was ready. Location was easy to find, about a mile off interstate. UHaul issue, I wanted pick up 2 blocks from the home we were moving, but UHaul changed to this pick up station, Just 8 miles away, but still not my choice.

This was the greatest experience ever on renting a moving truck. Everything was done on my phone from the ordering, picking up and dropping off. Absolutely no hassle or any problems. I highly recommend using "Uhaul truck share 24/7"

I was given Willy's Hot Shot, 1024 Grafton Rd, Morgantown, WV 26508 as my drop off location. They would not answer their phone, their voice mail was full, and when I went to the shop no one was there. It is located in a bad site to get in and out of with a truck. I called Exit 1 Storage LLC and they accepted my turn in and were great to work with.

Nothing wrong with the location but I found the mobile check in to be a drawn out and complicated process. Took me almost 45 minutes to actually get in the car. Lots of re-taking of pictures and the app freezing.

I rented a unit for almost two years. Came back to get my belongings and everything was in perfect condition. No sign of bugs or mice. My stuff didn't even have any dust on it! Would highly recommend this facility!!!

This location in Morgantown was a great experience. The place looks brand new and the staff was very helpful. Even taking me to show me my storage unit and explains everything along the way. James was very helpful and explained the rental contract in detail. Temperature inside was cool and having music on while moving made a difference. I will definitely use again if I need storage while in Morgantown. Merci

Exit 1 storage was above my expectations. I had my storage unit about 2 years and every time I visited the Staff was very friendly and facility was always clean. Inside entrances and climate controlled. Would definitely recommend for storage and U-haul rental, as I utilized both services more than once.

This place is AWESOME! There are two codes to get into the building/storage unit, so I don't have to worry about my items, and the inside is well lit and clean! They provide dollies, too.

I hate being poor. If I had the money i would still be renting a space. All of the items were my mothers. She had a stroke and I am trying to sell her house. I had to put all her items in storage.
