Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was really pleased with the professional attitude and How Can I Help attitude. I will be back if my needs fall that way.
William SExtremely kind and the type of customer service one typically expects from a service provider. Both the female and male at this property greeted us and was helpful and kind even though we were dropping of a truck they weren't expecting due to the lack of effort on the pick up location counter person. Great job in Morgantown. Redeemed the experience for us after a long move. Thanks uhaul.
Tammie SAfter a bad experience at another U-Haul this morning, I was extremely impressed with the staff at the Exit 1 Storage facility. Very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this site anytime. I called customer service and was very pleased to have Jenn assist me with refund.
Theresa LStaff were very helpful and courteous and the pick-up and return was much easier than expected (and we've rented many vans within the tri-state area—this was the best experience by far).
