The checkout procedures did not work. It kept saying I had no reservations. I called the help line and was on hold forever. Finally just hung up. Hopefully will not get charged the â€œconvenience feeâ€ for not being able to check out using my mobile phone.Ruth M.

I have no problems with Exit 1 storage they are great and we have used them twice for moves. They are professional, polite and prompt. I do however have a problem with Uhaul. On Sunday, April 18th we had reserved a U-Haul only to find out we could not rent it due to a website outage. We had to reschedule for today and both my wife and I had to take personal days from work to move our son on his only day off. We did get a small mileage reduction but not enough for the inconvenience we experienced due to the website shutdown. we would be pleased with a 50% of our entire rental bill and feel that this is a fair request.Dennis M.

The truck I rented was clean... but the roll up door was tough to operate and eventually froze due to dirt and rust buildup on the mechanism. We couldn't get the door all the way up so I climbed in and used garage door lubricant and eventually freed it up. The rear differential was leaking and left a good size puddle on my driveway. AND... the front wheels were so out of balance that at 70mph the entire from of the truck shook. It needs service badly and should never have been rented in that condition. If I rent again... I will return any truck with problems. I wasn't very happy over the weekend.Kevin Nicholas H.
I rented a pickup for 19.95 a day. I used it for about 5-6 hours, and was charged 177.00 dollars. I feel this was very high. Especially when the girl said she was going to charge me $89.00 for the 1st hundred miles and anything over this (mileage) would be 69 cents a mile for anything over a 100 miles, We used about 113 miles each way. The tire pressure units in the front and back passangers side are switched backwards. The dash shows pressure on front tire but is really back and vice versa. One tire had almost 50 pounds of air in it. I let some out and it showed a huge drop on the other tire. Tires probably need swapped. Technically this could be a safety issue. ThanksVANCE R.

The equipment was very worn and old. The customer service, however, was fantastic. The counter was set up well for COVID, the place was neat and tidy. The young lady who met me was absolutely one of the nicest, friendliest people you could wish for in a customer service role. She made sure to go over everything with me, hooked up trailer for me, checked the lights and helped me pull out of the lot. This location should be proud to have her represent them and I would hope they would pass these compliments along to her.Allison R.

My mother was paying $170.00 to store her belongings there. The sprinkler pipe in the unit was leaking and ruined some of her things. Apparently she didn't have insurance so nothing was done, not even so much as a full month's refund. How is it that $170.00 per Month doesn't offer some sort of renter's protection on its own?Casey M.

Asked if there were any issues with the truck. I said the windshield wipers were not very good. No comment from the dealer. Then he charged $25 because he said the truck wasn't 'mopped'. The inside was fully cleaned and wiped down. And the back was thoroughly swept. But I guess I should have mopped. Mop the truck folks.David R.
