My issue is with the absolute horrendous experience for the 2nd time of using Uhauls online pickup via the app. Be yh times I was not given the code to get the key for tje truck. Then i tried to call customer service and it was an HOUR wait to talk to someone! Then after wasting an hour, i had issues with the app accepting the picture i took of the odometer and gas. I have had nothing but a bad experience with the online pickup and wont use it again
Tammy P.The main concern I would have to use this place again is that we had to wait a considerable amount of time for someone to be able to help us. We were told that their oil changes come first and it was first come, first serve. I could see the possibility of having to wait a long time each time depending on the timing of their business customers.

They call with attitudes acting like even though I'm paying for these trucks it's a problem I'm renting them. Spent thousands of dollars and I will no longer ever rent with Uhaul again. Horrible.

David W.The mobile check in takes too long. Nothing was working, the location was closed, customer service had a 20 minute hold time. It took an hour just to check in. Things could be better streamlined. Since it took so long to get it checked out we were late getting back. Not sure I would recommend the service.

David M.The dealer where I picked up trailer didn't know I was coming where I dropped it off was supposed to be open and wasn't drove around Lebanon to a couple of them .The trailer should be a one day rental instead of two days so it would be cheaper .
ROY R.No convenient way to put hook straps inside of your box trailers to secure items. Serial number on the trailer did not match paperwork.

VIKKI D.The only employee familiar with U-Haul rentals was absent from work and the gentlemen who helped us did not know how to add miles to the one-way rental or do anything with the computer. He was candid and apologetic, but that didn't help us. Fortunately, we didn't need any extra miles.

Susan F.The location that I was sent to didn't have my truck. I then had to go to another location to get the vehicle. As a result, I had to pay movers an extra 1,5 hours to stand around and wait for me. Peolpe were stunned that it cost me 180 to rent a truck for the day as well.

And some Bimbo got mad at me, with her what-uh, when I called in... and got through finally. Amanda finally helped me, and set up my Drop-off location! THANK YOU Amanda...!!! : )

terry L.My reservation was confirmed for pick up in Ballwin, but was switched to Sugar Creek without my knowledge. This extremely inconvenient and wasted 2 hours of our limited loading time. While the people in Sugar Creek were helpful and pleasant, it was very far away and hard to find. I was not happy.

Mark O.We realized quickly after driving the vehicle that we had not in fact been given a full tank of gas, after we drove the vehicle 30 miles empty and it was at the 3/4 tank mark. We tracked when we had loaded the UHaul completely and filled up the tank how long it took us to get to 3/4 tank, and it was certainly at least twice the amount of time as it was when we first got the UHaul. This definitely hurt our experience overall.
Kathryn A.Well apparently i went over Mileage and i asked if i could call U-Haul. The man took the phone outside had a supposed conversation with his boss and said he could not help me with the miles and i had to pay. I have dealt with U-Haul many times always very happy with everyone i met and dealt with. Not happy this time.

JOHN M.Outstanding service even though their primary function as an express lube station is servicing vehicles, they treated me as I was their primary customer when I arrived to pick up a 12 X 6 trailer I had reserved. You will enjoy doing business with this agent.
