Not sure about this rental. Was originally going to pick up at Northwest Towing in House Springs,MO receive a call from U-Haul about 30 mins after reservation was made to tell that truck was already booked and had to go to Fenton location. To get to the Fenton location I pass by House Springs location to see that the truck was there ( not out as was told) travel back home had to back by House Springs to see that the truck was still there !!!!!! I check with House Springs location Monday,11-6-23 and was told that the truck DID NOT GO OUT. The Fenton location is a Oil Change business and oil changes come first, had to wait until they had time to do paper work. Know now that I could of just done everything on-line.

The ratchets on the trailers are never lubricated. There was fresh damage that had not been reported.
