They did great! Got me checked out quickly and detached the trailer for me.

Vincent H.My pick up location was odd, since it was an express oil change place. But it worked fine. My only complaint was with how the online booking worked. I booked a location for Saturday in-person pickup (not the mobile pickup) and then UHaul emailed me on Friday to say they didn't have my truck available, and switched me to a different location, which turned out to be closed on Saturday, my pick up day. How stupid is that? So, I called Saturday morning and they sent me to this oil change place. I also had to go up a size on my truck because they also didn't have one available there. I'm glad I was able to get a truck, but not happy with how I ended up paying a lot more for a larger truck and driving twice as far to pick it up.
