MICHAEL CThe person running that location was not friendly even slightly. When I returned the trailer less then 2 hours later, he appeared to be gone with a note on the door. I disconnected the trailer myself, then I called to verify that I was returning the unit, and he appeared from behind the gate! Again not friendly, however, he did say he threw his back out. Hopefully just having a bad day, and not this un-friendly on a regular basis.

Erik BTire was flat when I went to pick up. I was asked to take the tire for repair, which I did because there were no other trailers available. UHaul wasted hours of my time due to improperly maintained trailer. Never again.

Colin LShowed up for our reservation and they didn't have a truck for us. Then we were sent to a different location and the truck hasn't been swept out and due to us having to get the truck at a different location we were late getting back to have the movers we paid for to start loading our stuff. I'm incredibly disappointed with our experience this time. A notification the morning of would have been appreciated so I could plan accordingly
