Ratings are probably not fair, as this appears to be an unstaffed location, but the parking is not ideal but more so the directions for after hours drop off are all but missing. To use this location you had better have experience with vehicle rentals and a fair level of self-confidence.

JUAN HFix your app! I reserved 3 dollys and a furniture dolly because I had multiple people helping. When I arrived I was only given one dolly because they didn’t have them at the store. Both guys at the counter were super apologetic and told me it happens all the time with the app. They have even said they have told them to fix the app.
