Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing, I was very impressed with the rental location and the employee.
David YApp was a pain to use and I had reach out to customer service to get photo uploads to work. Location is good but some spots can be difficult to back out of. Overall easy experience’
Ashley Msafety is always the top priority and the rep made sure to tag the first trailer we saw due to some safety concerns when we inspected it.
MICHAEL SThe location was good. The reservation process was horrible and extremely frustrating. Uhaul should be more up front with the customer when the reserved truck is not available at the requested location. I spent additional time and money having to get a truck 10+ miles from the location where I originally reserved which is only the blocks from my house. And the app was not working at the time of pick up and drop off so I ended up having to call customer service for assistance. Very frustrating.
