The location was good. The reservation process was horrible and extremely frustrating. Uhaul should be more up front with the customer when the reserved truck is not available at the requested location. I spent additional time and money having to get a truck 10+ miles from the location where I originally reserved which is only the blocks from my house. And the app was not working at the time of pick up and drop off so I ended up having to call customer service for assistance. Very frustrating.
