The drop point is a gas station & the attendant didn't know anything about UHaul when I called for clarification on where to park the 26' truck.

ROBERT LThe cab was fairly clean but the outside and window was peppered with smashed bugs. Also, I had reserved 36 moving blankets with the rental and only received 5. When I asked the guy about where the balance of the blankets were he said. That's all I have. The reservation was not fulfilled properly with no offer in his part to assist.
JOHN ETruck was a mess and the gas tank was almost empty.

James RThe counter personnel didn't seem to know what to do. Getting the unit took a long time, couldn't find the keys for the one I assigned. Second unit had some damage, but the web site wouldn't operate. I alerted the counter person of the damage. When I dropped it off the counter person didn't know what to do regarding drop-off procedure. I just left it at the site after I added the gas I used.
Gary MThe same thing happened with our drop off location. We had to go 32 miles round trip to drop off our truck, when there were two U-Haul locations less than 5 miles from our new home. The drop off location was changed without our knowledge on the day of our rental. Very disappointed in your scheduling department.
Michael PWhen I went to pick up the 15' foot truck that I had ordered, based on the website's information that the interior dimension was 15' long, I found out that the 15' was only accurate if you count the granny nook. When I mentioned that the website was not accurate, the customer service person I called then (to get a larger truck), he said "it says that on the website." It does not, or not in any visible way because I was looking because I needed to know if I could put something flat on the bottom of the truck that was 14,5'. You should make your disclosures accurate. I was luck that they had a larger truck (for more money of course).
Margaret ZWhen we picked up the truck I was told the gas tank was full and it would need to be returned that way. My dad drove the truck and I followed in my car; so when I got the text on my phone I took the word of the man who got us set up when he said it was full and answered as such when filling out the form to verify details about the truck. Needless to say, he was wrong and it only 1/5 tank. We went to the gas station and before I knew that I told my dad to fill it up, which he did to the tune of around $50. When I returned it to the dealer in Appleton I was told we didn't need to put that much gas in and he provided me with paperwork to show how much gas was in the truck, etc. We drove approximately 20 miles (the paperwork shows this also), so I feel like we were totally ripped off and U-Haul made a haul on gas...so not cool. If we could get a refund for the difference that would be great (I can provide receipts if necessary).
