Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIn the instructions, include where the key box is located as it wasn't clear in the instructions that it was in the front of the store.
Michael SI was not pleased with the billing process. Due to inclement weather and very heavy traffic i was 1/2 hour late in returning the vehicle. Although I understand you have rules, I find it very excessive to charge for a full day rental and insurance without even taking into consideration of unforeseen circumstances. You are in the people business; you need to train your associates to solve problems far more effectively than what I experienced.
Rich GThe drop point is a gas station & the attendant didn't know anything about UHaul when I called for clarification on where to park the 26' truck.
