The reason I'm giving them two stars is because my drop off should've been eight minutes away. And when we got there, no U-Haul dealership was there. We had to call them come to find out that they moved 25 minutes away from my original drop off. Corporate needs to update their dealerships addresses/locations.

Cab was not clean bread crumbs and candy wrappers and used paper towels all through out the cab. When I got home I blew all that trash out of the cab. Everything else was good. Van was new. I appreciate the no governor on speed limit, as speed limits have increased on our highways. Thanks again U-Haul, you saved the day.
william A.Made the reservation over the phone. I was given a location out of my city to pick up the truck. When arriving to the 1st reservation location and waiting in the lobby for 15-20 minutes without any assistance, I was finally informed by one of the employees that the person in charge of doing paperwork and releasing truck was out of town on vacation. Find a way for the third party to always stay in constant communicate with you all. It was an inconvenience and at the end I had to drive even further to pick up a truck.

I rent from UHaul pretty frequently and this has been the worst experience I've had.
