The driver side windshield wiper was missing the retaining clip, so when I used the windshield wipers while it was raining the driver side wiper came off the bracket. I put it back on there but it is not secured on there

Nobody was even here to talk to me about what I needed to do with my rental trailer.. So I just put my rental contract into the drop box and parked the trailer in a decent spot. I called this location multiple times on Friday and still have not heard anything from this location

Honestly this ended up being way more expensive than I would have hoped. 200 by the end of it after having to refill the gas tank. They say starting at $20 but there are so many hidden fees it's honestly not even worth it. Scam company if you ask me.

Lady at front desk was very rude. Got frustrated because I came back and told her the truck was missing the dolly and the furniture roller that I had reserved. Started raising her voice saying we don't have any of that stuff someone already came and got the last one earlier. The mileage they entered as my returning mileage was incorrect. Will not be using U-Haul in the future and will definitely not recommend this location

Next time actually have the truck I reserve at the property rather than me having to upsize on the truck because I have no other option

Facility was a filthy mess and employees were too busy eating peanuts to assist me. I will drive to another town to return equipment before I went back here.

The last drop off I did, it was pouring rain out and I had to park the U-Haul about 400 feet away from the convenience store. I told her I wasn't going to fill it up more since I was already wet. She said it would be $30, and I got a bill for $59. I haul and they're systems are fuckeD

I understand it may be challenging at times to thoroughly diagnose and inspect vehicles between reservations, however, when the opportunity allows, it would be valuable to be able to assess the overall health of the vehicle to ensure it is safe and reliable.

My cars brakes needed emergency repairs and I needed to get to work that night somehow and the car rental place never has car's when I need it the most. So yeah it worked out great.

First off the office lady is beyond fucking rude! She told that a text was sent to my wife's phone to upload my DL or something! So I get my wife to come inside and I tell her what it's for. As soon as I tell her it's for my DL she was like "No! No! I don't accept that it has to be done on your phone number!" So I told her she doesn't have to be hasty with me but clearly there's had never been an issue with it going about that way before but okay!" So time goes on and She asked me if I wanted to put the insurance on the truck as on the reservation it said no insurance! I told her no and to please keep it as it's on the reservation! So I finished everything and my wife asked her where it was and she told her she wasn't allowed to be in uhaul as she isn't authorised to drive it! My wife snapped back that she only asked because I asked my wife to ask as I had a work call coming in! She didn't once apologise for the incessant disrespect (maybe because we are lesbians,) she didn't apologise for being rude or making my wife feel like she wasn't even welcomed there! My wife and I pull up to our place when she tells me she charged my card over $90 instead of the $56. She charged me still even after I told her 3 times (it's also on reservation) I didn't want the insurance!! When we returned the U-haul she was even more mad when I told her she had no right to add something when she was told 3 times no and to follow what's on the reservation! I asked her politely about refunding me especially since she charged me for extra miles when I told her exactly how many miles ad I was take 1 trip straight there and back to U-haul place! She basically said she couldn't do that and it stands as is!

The office was dirty, the parking lot is littered with GIANT potholes and difficult to maneuver. The uhaul was dirty, and had some wet mud inside. We had to sweep and mop the floors and wipe the walls before loading. I would not recommend this location.

The UHaul customer service was excellent over the phone but the pickup location was not. Although they were nice they were completely unorganized. No one was there when I came to get my truck. It took me 45 minutes past my pickup time to get my truck. Then I also ordered a dolly to help with moving and they did not have it in truck. If I hadn't checked for it I would've left without one. They did not have a UHaul dolly so they have to lend me one of their shop dolly's. The parking lot was so flooded with water it was impossible to not get mud in the truck during pickup or drop off. Again the location was nice but it was not a good experience in an already stressful situation.

This location was good to help out last minute. I had trouble with the place I was scheduled to pick up the truck and was directed to this location as an alternative. For the location the only thing I would state is that I could have used help to load and secure my vehicle on the auto transport trailer. My feedback is more about the overall experience rather than this location. My original pick up was 5,5 miles then switched to another location which was 19 miles from home from there I had to drive another 40 miles in order to secure the vehicle and trailer.

My last U-Haul rental at a different location, we were left to figure things out on our own. This location helped jack the trailer up so we could get it on the hitch and helped make sure everything was hooked up properly and working! Fortement recommandé!

I know the truck had just come and it had been raining but the ramp was covered with dog crap when we pulled it out. A little on the floor too but not as bad as the ramp. We had to clean it before we used it. Otherwise ok. I like doing everything on the app. That works well.

was overly charged for miles I didn't drive & days I didn't use truck . Filed a claim nobody has reached out . Called both Texas City & Lake Jackson Uhaul's nobody has reached back out just charged my card 234$ with no explanation or call back!!!!

The Equipment was clean, unfortunately there was cold weather and the battery went bad and had to be replaced. The service call to help line was very helpful and expeditious and even called back to ensure everything was ok. The repair man was very helpful and considerate. Overall given the circumstances they did an exceptional job in customer service which is refreshing. I will definitely use U-Haul equipment again.

I had to take too many pictures of the plates and truck. It was a major pain and a waste of time.

I had to call corporate to get my trailer removed from my rentals five hours after check in. I was disappointed at the check in process and the business is primarily a garage for auto repair. U-Haul is the secondary business.

Was charged over two hundred dollars for a two day rental on a local van and only drove 170 miles.. they will charge your card whatever they want without saying anything to you.

Both location was fine. The whole experience wasn't smooth sailing. My choice of drop-off location decided to refuse the drop-off and gave me a number to call. I have to make a decision on the side of the road as to where to drop-off. Then a few days later, I received an email that uhaul has been trying to contact me on returning the equipment. According to my receipt uhaul has my cell, my wife cell, and my email address on record and no one has call or email about the returning issue. I might have to rethink my decision the next time I need a rental.

This place is operated by unfriendly people that do not care about Uhaul rentals and it is evident in their treatment of customers. The equipment is parked in high grass and mud and you cannot check out anything without getting really dirty. I had to air up the tires on my trailer as it only had 20 pounds in both tires, when rated pressure was 65 psi! The people and place are very disorganized and inconsistent in their operation. I returned the trailer after operating hours as agreed and was charged for an extra day rental and insurance. Last week, I rented the exact same trailer and was charged for one day. I was not given a copy of any paperwork and did not sign anything the first week and was given one piece of paper on the second. The guy "helping" was rude and not helpful. The trailer was dirty both times and the trailer coupler was bent, so the coupler lock was not operational. When I pointed this out to the woman in charge, she did not care in the least. I WILL NOT BE RENTING FROM UHAUL AGAIN!!
