The unit and trailer were in very poor shape. The truck air condition would shutdown. Also the trailer straps were significantly torn. In addition the pick up facility did not have furniture blankets and did not tell me until I arrived to pick up equipment.

Very quick check out and check in. The staff attached my trailer quickly and correctly. Then unhooked it when i checked it in.
