Lady in charge was very unprofessional and not informative. Dollys are rented separately which I was unaware of and of course not informed.

JOEL GI had to take too many pictures of the plates and truck. It was a major pain and a waste of time.
AARON TI had to call corporate to get my trailer removed from my rentals five hours after check in. I was disappointed at the check in process and the business is primarily a garage for auto repair. U-Haul is the secondary business.
MICHAEL MWas charged over two hundred dollars for a two day rental on a local van and only drove 170 miles.. they will charge your card whatever they want without saying anything to you.
