The truck wasn't ready, it took 20 minutes to fill paperwork that I've already done on line.

Having a location with a representative totally dedicated for U-HAUL customers so customers won't have to wait more than than 30 mins on their already reserved and checked out orders !

The owner or manager who helped us was rude and grumpy. No issues with the vehicle but he was not at all friendly.

Two comments 1) I requested to have a 4 wheel dolly and it was not there. This is the second time it happens to me. In both cases I picked up the truck at a U-Haul affiliate not a U-Haul genuine dealer. From this experience I would not choose and eesommend to pickup a truck from an affiliated in the future if you are requesting specific accessories. 2) every time I use the online pickup I always run into technical issues for the pickup process using the app or the website The app does not work at all whereas the website version is very buggy. With the website I finally got it to work after multiple tries and with the great uhaul support from your customer service. You need to invest in the software to correct all the bugs . Merci

Car was not cleaned before coming in, there were random shoes in the back and garbage in the front. The vehicle did not come with windshield fluid and the owner was rude aswell. Would definitely not recommend this location.

With the online drop-off service this is amazing I did not have to worry about time and the process was simple and easy. And the drop-off was close to my house.

Dust the cargo. Let us rent a truck by phone. The 1800 number didn't work. I wish more locations had better hours Saturday. But thank you for the quick service.

Very helpful. Completed return for me without asking - quick and efficient. Given location is a full-service garage and U-haul only small side business, I would have expected lack of service received at big U-haul facility in Guelph (pickup location) here - but they were great!

The owner was so rude and unprofessional i think he was so racist because i am an indian Moreover we reached at 4:15 to pickup our truck for 4:30 and we waited for more than 2 hours all he did shut his car door on my face while i was talking with him he is the owner of ryder garage

The tank was not full costing me $30 for 30 kms. The app was not responsive and I spent more than 15 minutes trying to reach an agent

Clean the outside of the truck from now and then. I found an active wasp nest on the truck.

La personne qui a procédé a la location était déplaisant et désagréable.J'avais louer un diable pour les électroménager et il avait qu'un diable ordinaire .Je ne recommande pas de louer un camion a cette endroit .

The van was dirty at pickup. I documented it through the app at pickup, yet at dropoff I was charged the cleaning fee. Generally convenient location but not the best service.

My issue is not with the location or the owner. I had an issue checking in using the mobile pick up and it took me 1 hour in this cold weather before I got the truck. I gave all the info needed and the location owner even though had closed shop tried to help me and even HE couldn't get past whatever block was on my profile. I rented a truck from UHaul a month ago from Toronto to Montreal, why do you go through so much trouble to ask for additional contacts, call my contact and don't approve my rental. I had to call the call center twice! Since we are at it, I'd like to add that my rental pick up in Toronto was also poor. The previous renter returned the truck 40 mins late. I was compensated with extra mileage. Work needs to be done on the ease of renting from UHaul

Le responsable ne dit rien et charge les assurances et autres frais afin de faire gonfler la facture. Le responsable n'explique pas la facture et les autre frais. on n'a l'impression de se faire arnaquer.

Please improve the web and app experience. It is plagued with errors which is a shame. Everything else is good.

The man who was serving me was rude and racist. In light of the coronavirus, i have been extra vigilant with exposure to germs and bacteria. The man at the counter said that the system was going to send a text message to my phone to take a photo of my drivers license. He asked me to click on the link and then to pass him my cell phone. i politely declined and said no thanks, that i could take the photo myself. I DID NOT WANT someone touching my cell phone, considering how my cellphone touches my face when I am on a call. he aggressively asked me to hand him my phone again, to which i said "no thank you". He then proceeded to ask me if i was Chinese. Let's be clear, I am not Chinese but I am of Asian decent. I REFUSE TO LET ANY RACISM OCCUR DURING THE COURSE OF THIS PANDEMIC. You should be aware of the actions taken by your employees as a reflection of your company. The service quickly declined thereafter and he was quite rude to me for the rest of the handoff.

I rented a fridge cart. I when I picked the vehicle up it didn't include a fridge cart. Unfortunately there wasn't a person at pickup who I could speak with. The vehicle did include moving blankets which came in handy. In the big picture of clean it was a vehicle moved from Arizona to Montreal. The cab was definitely not factory fresh. But with an email away I had a vehicle to travel from Montreal to the southern Ontario. Truck was thirsty pushing against the wind but it held its speed. Thanks uhaul for the help moving my stuff.

Attitude très désagréable du responsable des locations. Aucune courtoisie, on avait l'impression qu'on le dérangeait. Il ne parlait pas français.

J'ai été accueilli par le propriétaire qui a préparé la totalité du contrat. Le service s'est déroulé uniquement en anglais. Une lange que je ne maîtrise pas pleinement . Très peu d'information m'ont été donné concernant le contrat . Il ne prend pas le temps de revoir les grandes lignes des services que j'achetais. De plus, le contrat était incomplet. J'avais souscrit à une couverture d'assurance au moment de ma réservation ce qui n'était pas inscrit au contrat. J'ai ramené le camion 30 minutes avant l'heure prévue. Au retour, nous avons été bousculé pour obtenir notre signature et payé. Pourtant aucun client n'attendait pour reprendre le camion. somme toute, aucune courtoisie et des informations incomplètes.

My experience picking up the Uhaul was awful. I was doing a one-way move from Quebec to Ontario. When I showed up to pick up my truck, no one was there and no one was picking up the phone despite all my calls. Apparently the pickup location had been changed to another one at the far end of the Island of Montreal, but this information wasn't highlighted in the confirmation email. Once I got to the correct location the staff were courteous and helpful, but the unstaffed location and confusion meant that by the time I got the truck the movers were waiting for me and I needed to pay extra overtime.

Problemes avec l'application,ça pris 4 cellulaires,une preposee et 1:30 heure pour réussir a voir la clef du camion le dimanche matin de ma location.Donc 1:30 de retard pour le programme de ma journee!!!!!!Tres déçue!!!!!!

At the end of the (online) rental, the online site showed me a 189$ rental instead of the actual $109. I declined to click on pay then. I was billed $109 afterwards, ok. But on my receipt I see an extra $10,13 has been added and taken out on my visa. I wrote back about it and never got a reply or call. Lousy way to do business. I'm not recommending your services to anyone in my company and family.

Trailer was dirty with alot of wood shaving inside. Garage dit not help setup the trailer with me on my hitch and resulted in damaging my bumper
