Having a location with a representative totally dedicated for U-HAUL customers so customers won't have to wait more than than 30 mins on their already reserved and checked out orders !

Ani KTwo comments 1) I requested to have a 4 wheel dolly and it was not there. This is the second time it happens to me. In both cases I picked up the truck at a U-Haul affiliate not a U-Haul genuine dealer. From this experience I would not choose and eesommend to pickup a truck from an affiliated in the future if you are requesting specific accessories. 2) every time I use the online pickup I always run into technical issues for the pickup process using the app or the website The app does not work at all whereas the website version is very buggy. With the website I finally got it to work after multiple tries and with the great uhaul support from your customer service. You need to invest in the software to correct all the bugs . Thank you
