When the rental is only for 4 hours and you have to wait 35 minutes before you can actually leave with the truck it's a bit long.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation was closed. The UHaul rep who showed up was kind, friendly and very professional. He is what made the experience above average.

veronique rHe was unable to explain the second charge on my credit card and ask me to call a number and second day the charge is close to my previous charge and the hours and mileage was way less so I think this guy is playing with numbers and overcharging people. I will not come back and will not recommend.
Ibrahima DOwner of Auto Ryder Garage was quick and no nonsense...even took out the van for me in the direction I was headed to and upon return, I left it there in front of the establishment and gave him the key so he could park it back in his lot.
