KEITH LI love this location. The staff are wonderful. When we moved to Richmond they loaned us a dolly free of charge and renting the uhaul with them was very simple and easy to manage.

Even though I had a confirmed reservation at the original spot (Batteries unlimited), they told me the person that was suppose to return the truck I rented that they needed it returned but person never did. The people at both locations were nice but overall not happy that I had to drive to another location to get a vehicle. That's just not good.

natalie aKatelyn is a real gem, your lucky to have her working for UHaul!! My reservation location was moved to her place which closes much earlier than where I had made the reservation. Unfortunately, no where else in the area had anything similar to what I wanted, so she looked and found a trailer I wanted albeit a good drive in the wrong direction. She called me back multiple times and made the arrangements at a reasonable cost. The complicated steps on the APP was a negative experience.....too much required information. Despite 3 of 4 bars on my NEW phone with nothing else running and upto IOS, the APP repeatly stalled and forgot my progress when I got back on. The pain of the digital paperwork may keep me from renting from UHAUL....will at least look elsewhere. The fact that the reservation locations can randomly change to places with DIFFERENT hours is challenging for your customers.

Gene PLocation I rented the vehicle from was extremely good and easy. The young lady who helped us at the facility was terrific. She got us in the truck and on outback I'll mopp in less than minutes.
gary hWe picked up the trailer and everything looked good we went 3 miles down the road and opened the trailer to load it and there were thousands of ants covering over half of the floor of the trailer. We tried to close call, but they were already closed so we had to go to a local hardware store and buy two cans of ant spray to fumigate it and wait for all the ants to die before we could load up the trailer to go home.

JENNIFER STruck was not ready, cleaned, or checked. It smelled like weed when the cab was initially opened and we had to keep the windows down the whole time to air it out. Friendly staff though

David CI did not realize you payed a flat fee and than a per mile charge. I figured the per mile charge was if you didn't elect to return it with the same amount of gas. I ended paying $250 for a half a day and was expecting about half of that

Loren FI replaced the gas but was still charged $10. A call would have been nice so I was aware of the extra charge. It showed 7/8 tank when parked in the lot.
Dora SThere was oil on the floor of the trailer. The lot where u-hauls are is too small to circle around. It's too crowded.
Aaron SIt took an hour to check out the equipment. No one was there and no support was responding for a while. Eventually we were able to get through to an agent that was not very helpful and failed to answer any questions about why the verification was repeatedly failing in spite of having a reservation over a month in advance. I can't recommend using the U-Haul app for pickup unless you have 3 people, 3 driver's licenses, passports for everyone, and a spare hour.
