Loren F.I replaced the gas but was still charged $10. A call would have been nice so I was aware of the extra charge. It showed 7/8 tank when parked in the lot.

Aaron S.It took an hour to check out the equipment. No one was there and no support was responding for a while. Eventually we were able to get through to an agent that was not very helpful and failed to answer any questions about why the verification was repeatedly failing in spite of having a reservation over a month in advance. I can't recommend using the U-Haul app for pickup unless you have 3 people, 3 driver's licenses, passports for everyone, and a spare hour.

WILLIAM D.I received a $10 charge for gas when I replaced the the fuel. The truck was not full when I picked it up. It is pretty hard to get the fuel level back exactly where it was when picked up. I will not be do business with this location again

Shandon D.My reservation was moved to the Big Hill Rd location because of availability for the 6x10 trailer. I went to pick up my trailer that I had reserved and there was not one. It delayed my trip as I waited for one to arrive later and it did not. I had to settle for a smaller trailer and leave for my trip later than planned. The uhaul company messed everything up because their rental system is worthless. It's sad when you want to rent a particular thing and you schedule it for a particular time and day. Nothing available and that is after being contacted by email and phone to go to a different location than where you made your reservation. The Big Hill location tried there best to help but uhaul company screwed it up.
William E.I assume the lady who took care of us was one of the owners. She was very pleasant and helpful. The uhaul however needed swept out before use. The location is good however the parking lot is very small and very crowded, leaving it very difficult to retrieve and return equipment.

David R.First, the map of this location is completely wrong so I had trouble finding the truck. Then, my truck was completely blocked in by other trucks. 2 other people there trying to pick up were also having trouble. Cab of the truck was filthy with crumbs and things spilled on the floor. Passenger window had also been left open and it rained the night before so passenger side of cab was soaked with water.

Kimberly T.The business hours were listed for 12-4 PM EST but the doors were locked when I arrived. I needed assistance because the directions were not clear where the keys were located but could not get anyone to answer the phone. I tried the number listed on the website and the one that was printed on the sign on their door, no one answered either number. When I called customer service for assistance, I was disconnected and never received a call back.
Kaylee P.I was scheduled for a different location but the truck was not available for my guaranteed reservation at 9:00 a.m. I had to pick up from Gibson that didn't open until 10:00 a.m. I used the 24/7 service which was almost impossible to open the lock. After receiving the truck it didn't come with the furniture pads or dolly I reserved. The. Office credit Ted the charges for them back to me. Gibson did a good job but I wish the process would have been smoother.

Tammi K.Water bottles was left behind the seats. I tossed a couple away that had rolled up to the front while I was driving. Inside needed to be wiped down , dirt was all in the floorboards. Cup holders had dirt and grime in them.

KAITLAND B.This location overall isn't no recommendable by any means. After having issue with the U-haul app and being unable to process the dispatching myself of my U-Haul truck. I was instructed to get up with personal at the location. I was waiting 30 minutes for the “person that does the U-haul stuff†to arrive after the time U-Haul said someone would be there. I was given a filthy truck. I did however call U-Haul and informed them of this. The U-Haul rep said they would be looking into these matters. Besides the obvious stated above. Unless you have a reservation set well ahead of time and only require a 15ft truck. Look else where. I've rented from U-Haul multiple times and this is not up to U-Haul standards that I have grown so accustomed too.

BILL B.When I talked to the guy running the store at the time, he said I would get some of my money back for the deposit when I brought it back AND did not disclose to me that I had to refill the gas back up to it's previous level. I also did not get the contract sent to me or available for me to read it until I had already paid. So now im spending over a hundred dollars on a truck I used for less than the contracted 24 hours. :')

According to customer service, the fuel guage reading was changed to fuel instead of actual reading of 9/16 after I left. Not happy with this experience at all.
