Pickup location was good, staff was very helpful. The truck I rented desperately needed an alignment. I had to drive with the steering wheel at a 30 degree angle. Turns on the highway were pretty tense. I rented a different 15' U-Haul a few weeks ago, and that truck drove fine. Driving this truck was not enjoyable.Andrew S.
Though they said this location was open, it was closed when I arrived. The parking lot I was supposed to park it was fenced in and filled with cars; I had to drive to the other UHaul location to drop off my truck and was only compensated with extra miles (that I didn't need).Helen N.

we returned the auto transport the day before it was due. When we we returned the 10ft truck by the time needed, we were charged for an extra day. I called and the issue was resolved. If I had been handed a receipt instead of it being emailed, I would have been able to fix it then but, I had to wait until I had access to email to see the error.THEODORE K.

Very slow. Corporate procedures take too much time. Even if you enter it online, they go through again at the store. If you have a previous reservation, none of the information is recalled. The telephone reps have no latitude for judgement and just follow a corporate outline. I will use enterprise the next time.Clint W.

When I went to pick up the truck it was mostly clean. The rep grabbed some trash from the back. No big deal on that. The thing is at no point was it explained to me that if I did an after hours drop off of the truck at the Reston Mobile location I needed to be in the truck when I completed the drop off. Lacking that info, I took pictures of the fuel level and mileage and when I go home I tried to complete the drop off but of course that would not work given that is linked to GPS location. I get it that places like Grease Monkey have a primary business and are UHaul sites. That said, I feel I got slammed with a needless charge because the person servicing me was so busy he took no time to explain anything about how the UHaul after hours drop off application works.Donald K.

Don't fuck up their reservation TWICE and not include the equipment that was rented. Because of this the move was delayed, then it rained, my stuff got all wet because the roof leaked and all I got was a â€œsorryâ€ and a 50 $credit. You guys really suck.Thomas B.

The truck was clean and the blankets were fine. My only negative comment would be that the tires should have been checked seeing I had to fill all the tires with air the day I was returning the truck. Unfortunately to do so required going to a full service gas station seeing all air pumps at others are set at only 70 psi and the trucks take 80. This was costly and time consuming which I felt should not have happened if in fact the tires were checked before we left their facility .Marvin F.

It was easy to drop off the truck online. Inside the building was locked and it looked ad if there was construction going on inside. It took us some time to really figure out where the box key was located out of the buildings. But other than that everything was great.Cydni M.

I was very displeased with the fact that I rented a van at 8:30am on 7/7/2020 and returned it at 5:30pm on 7/8/2020 and was charged for a total of 3 days when I didn't even keep it for 48 hours. I literally only had it for a total of 33 hours. Seems a bit unfair to me.Christopher C.
Brady and Say helped to make what started as a stressful return pleasant. We had lots of problems getting a drop off location, after the original location said not to bring it to them, they were full. We had to call several times to get a location where we could drop off the rental. Finally Wesley Hinton was able to help us to set up an appropriate location.LEWISEDWIN H.

When you send out a customer and say it has approximately 3/4 of a tank and you drive 214 miles at $.89 cents a gallon and you replace the fuel you used and they come back and ding you for 5 fucking gallons at 4,99 $ a gallon is horseshit and I will never use U-Haul again or will I recommend you ever again. GOOD RIDDANCE!! 278,00 $ and I had truck for 5 hours.!!!!BRENT A.

Acknowledge customers. I probably waited about 10 minutes before anybody looked at me. And when I said it was for uhaul, he said it's going to be a while and walked off. To turn the rental in, I also waited about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment before just doing it on my phone.GLENN K.

I was charged for 50 miles when I only drove 30 miles. I didn't know this until I received my information in the e-mail. I wrote down the miles when I got in the truck and when I returned . I had told the young man putting down 50 miles would be ok, but I didn't drive fifty miles.SANDRA T.

It's a mechanic shop and they don't want to do u haul I needed to connect the trailer to my truck myself They said I need to wait for them to do it And it wasn't gonna be less than 25 minutes And I returned the trailer 1 hour before the 24 hours cycle and I needed to unhook trailer myself again They said they they are busy at thi time They will check in the trailer in an hour I don't need to wait Then next day I got charged for the second day because they check in the trailer fallowing day It was a first and last time to rent from themSuat P.

Very good service from the guy that helped me. Parking my car was a little bit of a problem, but they worked it out. Only thing I didn't like was they told me where my truck was parked and I had to pull it out. They didn't pull it out and bring it up front for me. Also, when I returned it a few hours later they told me to put it back in the parking spot. That was a little low class, but not a deal breaker for me. Overall I was happy.Sam M.
The person in charge (I think the manager) was extremely rude, I honestly think he hates doing the U-Haul part. He was rude at pick up and worst at return, he didn't even go outside when there wasn't any customers in the waiting area at all, than he charged me for an extra night hoping I wouldn't notice, when I did and confronted him about it, he said it was nothing he could do and that I had to call the 1 800#. I will never consider going back to this location!Chris G.

Trailer was clean, but had almost no brake fluid, so had very little brake function. Employees very busy with main business, had to wait 25 mins to check in and uncouple the trailer.Timothy W.
