We were incredibly offended! My Husband and daughter decided to walk around the building and we're picking flowers and just killing time while I figured out the U-Haul app. While I was inside the lady said " I would not have my husband walking around here cause it's bad?" I was super confused and said what's bad? She went on to say all of them working there and I guess around that area were carrying guns! I said my husband is with my daughter, we are customers and do not pose a threat! She went on to say " well they don't know that. Super threatening! 1. Tried to make reservations online. Got a â€˜an error occurred please try again later' I then got a call Today that I never picked up our truck- I better not be charged for both! 2. Husband had to pay 140 $when picking up the truck??!???!! What for??? Then paid another 74 $/79 $when dropping off. At 40 $a day driving 11 miles for 8 $why did U-Haul take 210 $? 3. Picked up truck, got home to load- back door (where we load) was frozen closed. 4. Overall frustrating at u-haul: the money, the frozen door, the reservation that was made, but told me it didn't work,Kyle R.

UHaul moved us to this location because the location we originally chose online did not have the trailer we reserved. We did the online check-in due to Covid which UHaul stated we should do and which was supposed to be faster. It still took 30 minutes at the place to check in and repeat everything we had entered online including payment information and for them to go to the back lot to get the trailer we had ordered in advance. The lady owner is very rude and her customer service is terrible. She is obviously not happy to be doing what she is doing. We also reserved the trailer until 6pm but we're rudely informed by the lady owner when picking it up that they close the UHaul portion of their business at 4:30. So we had to completely alter our plans for our rental based on our online reservation time. I would not recommend this location at all and would highly recommend getting more pleasant people to work here for the first improvement. We've rented from other UHaul locations and had much better experiences than this Greeley location. I would definitely go out of my way to another location to avoid this location.Sean W.
The online site was not working properly. Had to download the app to finally be able to check in the truck. Bad thing is we had already returned the keys to the lock box. Might be a good idea to let people know up front that they need to take pictures before turning in the keys.Rachel H.

The lady at the front desk was very rude both on the phone and in person, not only did she argue with me about the vehicle that was being towed, but she argued with us about the vehicle we were towing it with, and it was sitting within view of her desk. Just because it is not in her computer means it must not exist. Ridiculous. I may only rent from Uhaul every couple of years, but I will never use this location again.Zach W.

Very rude mom & pop business Ruby has not Customer service and asks as if we were bothering her by renting a uhaul. No receipt given. Their system seems ancient and crashing. Took 30 minutes to rent a truck and time was ticking on returning U-Haul I was only given 6 hours because they close at 2pm. She was absolutely awful. As I was outside with my friend taking pictures of the uhaul per the return policy, she asked if we were looking at some gentleman's pick up outside, saying it looked strange that we were near it. Then my friend got his credit card bill and we were over charged by 200 more dollars!!!!!Sara H.

My requested pickup location was changed to 40 miles away 2 days before the move. I understand that they cannot guarantee location, but my promised ride was for a mile or 2, not an 80 mile round trip, so I had to take an Uber which was expensive. Then the help was rude and their supplies outrageously overpriced. I understand their business may have suffered fro Covid19, but price gouging is not a solution.Heidi A.

We waited 30 mins just to pick up a trailer. the lady was obviously annoyed that we didnt complete a precheck in - that we didnt even know to do. The return process was dependent on is having a smart phone with taking picture etc. Someone should be there working if they want to verify it not us having to do there jobs. First time having to do all this and it was like we are doing employee or owners jobs for them - we were busy with moving and hauling all day and didn't like these added steps to the last place we rented from.James S.

Online check-in was horrific. It took almost and Hour to pick up the truck because of extensive online check in service. Too many hoops to jump through when proper documentation was already provided a Month before when reserving the truck. We lost valuable time that we paid for already due to inadequate check-in procedures. We will not be using or recommending U Haul again. We've had bad experiences with U Haul in the past, this was the last chance we were willing to give this company our business. We will no long give this company our business.Grant G.

When I was ready to return trailer, the office was closed on Sat. I had to find another drop off location to leave trailer. If I had waited until Mon to return trailer I would have had to pay late charges. The pickup location should have know about drop off location business hours.Richard D.

Our reservation was for In town and we ended up picking up 60 miles away. We got a call the day before at 4 pm confirming our reservation informing us of the new pick up location. While I understand this happens it is unreasonable not to have our equipment at the location we requested a week in advance; let alone notifying us less than 24 hours from pick up especially over an hour EACH WAY out of the way. Poor form and tainted my previously good experiences with uhaul.Don L.
I had our trailer unhitch during the trip. Once I arrived to the location, the u-haul representative did not care about us. My wife was told by U-Haul that we were to drop off car trailer at this location by 5:00 pm, we got there at 4:30 and the place was closed, not Greeley shippers supply, U-Haul didn't give us the correct information, my wife had to call U-Haul several times before we finally got a lady who was able to walk us through how to return the trailerjoseph R.

The difficult part was completing the self check in while it was snowing. The snow and ice through the night had covered all the truck numbers so my husband had to crawl up on trucks with a scraper to locate the numbers. It was very dangerous due to the slick conditions. I would suggest employees of Uhaul tend to situations like this before customers show to pick up their rentals so customers do not get hurt following company directions.Kacy L.

1) The pre-registration process was very unclear. Had to ask lady at Shippers Supply questions. She was very rude 2) The lady at Shippers Supply saw me searching for the truck I was assigned. She asked for my name and pointed out another truck on the lot, when I was given another truck on the app. She said, "That's not how it works." She later said I got the right truck after all, but never apologized for her rudeness.. 3) The app (or person) was taking a lot of time to verify my information and I didn't have the time. Actually it was cutting into my rental time for the truck. This process could be faster. 4) When I got the keys to the U-haul, I noticed the fuel gauge at 3/4. I've rented several vehicles in my time and it's custom to always fill the vehicle to "FULL" upon return. So that's exactly what I did, but somebody before me didn't. Had I filled it up to the 3/4 mark like I received it, I would have been billed 3 times as much for you guys filling it up. So with that, I'm asking for a refund. I put in 31 gallons of fuel. About half of that is extra someone else should have put in when they returned the truck(15 gallons). At 2 $per gallon equals 30 $U-Haul should refund me. Had I not filled it up, you would have charged me 3 times this amount. I would be gladly discuss this with a U-Haul rep. Please call me 970-396-1544. Merci.Todd P.

The app took awhile to get approval for the key and it would not take a picture of my ID at first, took quite a few attempts. I was only allowed to return truck to same location, so I had to spend 30 extra bucks in mileage to drive back to town I rented in, to return truck. The 24/7 share did not work for me. I was initially overcharged for not using it on return, even though I called the contact I was told to contact if it didn't work. I was charged high on mileage also but not worth an argument after the 24/7 debacle.Corey Z.
