The staff is amazing honest friendly and always willing to go above and beyond if they can and within reason. Equipment and store is clean and ready to go. This is alwaya my first choice to rent from or refer anyone to.

TABITHA CUhaul places a $75 charge on your credit card that they don't tell you, or the location of the rental about, it comes from corporate. The change don't even show up on the computer at the location.

Debra BThe woman working the counter tried to insist that my wife was present to pick up the truck, even though we have rented them with her name/card before and it has never mattered who picked it up, as long as they had a valid Driver's License. She was short with me and you could tell she was frustrated with me because I needed two trucks and she seemed to think I had gone about it the wrong way. She eventually switched the name on the second truck so that my employee could pick that one up with his ID, but she apparently did that wrong as well and told me as much after trying a second time. I won't be returning to this location unless absolutely necessary.
JOHNATHON HDrop off was smooth and the folks were very nice and understanding of U-Haul making the process much harder than it should have been.

Herman PI got charged with a $20 after hrs fee. Which it was never explained to me. I picked it up at 4 and drop it off at 9:00 pm. Try calling the number and no answer all day. Really frustrating.

Aaron JThe right brake/turn light shorted out about halfway thru my trip. I was a bit worried about the safety the rest of the way. When I mentioned this to the drop off location they told me to contact the pick up location to potentially receive a discount. My truck taillight blinker worked fine so it was definitely the tow dolly.

How can you have someone like this represent Uhaul? Aweful human. I wanted to leave but we unfortunately needed the truck for the day. She was so rude, so made me cry and told me I was acting stupid. Ummm, lady you just hurt my feelings. I'll never go back to this store and I'll go to my social media to promote no one else does either.

ROBERT LThe store was closed. I was told to use the app and the location would not load. I had to call support and the hold time was 15 minutes. I was then told to use the on line version. This took way to long and was not user friendly at all. The scan would not work for my driver's license either. This process delayed me picking up the truck by an hour. It was super frustrating. It would have been better to have the store call me and give me the box and code directly.
KRISTEN MI dropped off the trailer I had rented on a Sunday, when they were closed, but I had called a few days earlier to double-check that the Sunday drop off would be okay and there didn't need to be anyone there in person to receive the trailer. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and nice.

Juan C1) I was suprised that I was ask d to clean the floors inside and out upon return. I have never been asked to do that before, 2) appointment was for 7am, but answering system said they didn't open until 8:00 am, we showed up around 8:30am and it was suggested that they were about to cancel our reservation because we were so late. Perhaps they could have called me to ask about our reservation if they had an issue. Otherwise fine.
Craig KHire some new employees that aren't more interested in smoking weed in the parking lot, instead of doing their damn job! And also, the females inside are absolutely useless and not worth paying to keep around. How do you LOSE truck keys??
Caleb PI had ordered blankets to help protect our furniture. However, when we picked up the truck, the employee informed us that she had no blankets available and had not for quite some time. She did offer to give us an 800 number to call but we planned to load the truck that morning and leave. Advanced notification, removal of the selection from the webpage, or U-Haul providing blankets to this company to support the requested service would have been helpful. We could have made other arrangements in advance of our pickup.
Elizabeth BStaff at the location in Greeley were good, not the most friendly. I am highly disappointed in uhaul however, I had to add an extra 1 hour and 20 minutes into my moving process commuting to get the truck and bring it back. Moving is stressful.. staff calling the day before the move to say a truck isn't available in a preferred location is frustrating

jordan sThe truck was clean inside. But the outside of the truck was filthy, and didn't realize how unsafe it was to drive until the sun went down. With newer vehicles having headlights that throw brighter beams I couldn't see the lane recognition. I had to find a safe place to pull over & had to clean them 3 times until I felt safe enough to drive the truck to our destination.
Billy TRent for a day means a day not 4 hours. This is false advertising. Also tried to cheat me on amount of gas. Will never use this location again.
