The lady in the office was the rudest person I’ve ever experienced in my life. First time I’ve ever rented a U-Haul and they didn’t know the process of it and she was completely rude through the whole thing. Anytime I had a question she came back with something completely rude and snarky comments. I left with questions still in my head so I had to research on Google and ask people questions because I wasn’t comfortable asking her questions. I will never rent from this location again and I am telling everyone to avoid this location as I don’t think anyone should be renting from a company with such disrespect and disregard for any customer walking in the door. Honestly, it gives a very bad view for U-Haul as a company altogether.

Leonardo ROnly place I’d go to get pkg supplies and rent a u-haul. Great people to work with.
EDMUND JTruck was not full of gas and was dirty inside, worker lady also was rude and made me search all the trucks for the appliance dolly she refused to get for me even though I paid for it.
