The location suffers from being combined with a convenience store and some of the equipment is a fair ways from the office. I would definitely recommend this location with those caveats. Ronald B.In our contract it stated our drop off would on Casa Verde, a 1/4 of a mile from our house. We went to drop off the trailer on Casa Verde and the employee there looked it up and said we had to take it across town to another location. This is a u haul problem not the individual location. There was an employee at GV Chevron, but she was too busy to assist. I'm glad there was 2 of us because there was no one available to help with the trailer. The employee here was nice but too busy to help.
Patricia K.The pickup and trip went without a hitch. However the return did not. I received an email with the drop off point at Camino Casa Verde, Green Valley AZ. When I showed up the manager told me I was wrong. He claimed he hadn't received any communication showing I was to drop it there. I showed him my email and told him I was going to leave the trailer there anyway. He told me I had to go to the other location in Green valley otherwise I'd be charged a late fee as he wasn't going to check it in despite my email. I went to the other location and got the same bunch of crap. I started to call U-Haul and they researched it to find out the other location was the right one. She checked it in anyway. A complete waste of time. I give the Chevron location an average. Casa Verde a Below Average. This is clearly a non priority add on business for both locations.

Vicki B.I was charged $263 for damage to a truck I did not do. There was some damage to the front bumper that was marked with a stick on plastic X and was identified but there was some damage to the plastic skirt under the bumper in close proximity to the bumper damage that not marked. When I arrived to learn why I being charged the U Haul woman was screaming at another U Haul customer and threatening to have them arrested. I spoke with the customer's wife and then the U Haul person started screaming at me yelling "no soliciting, no soliciting" at the top of her voice. This all happened outside the store in the parking area. The U Haul person then started screaming at me and threatening to call the police and have me arrested. I told her to go ahead and call the police Of course, she did not do it. Never have I ever seen a person so out of control. I called U Haul corporate about the charges and the actions of the U Haul women and they promised to have regional U Haul supervisor call me but no one did. I strongly suggest to never use U Haul, especially at this location.
james N.Was not obvious that the gas station was where to go to drop off keys. Attendant was busy manning gas station. She checked in my truck an hour after I dropped it off. Uhaul wants to charge me $140+ extra for BS charges, which I'm going to dispute.

WAYNE L.Our customer service was amazing and the truck was great. It was exactly what I needed! The only thing I would do would be to put an extra step on the 15 foot trucks. I'm pretty short and I've had surgery on my left foot and I'm still healing. It was a little bit of a stretch to get out. But that's really it! Everything was great, especially the ladies who rented the truck to me from their location! Great representation for U-Haul! I didn't get their names, but they were there at 8 AM on Tuesday April 11.

Isaiah R.I was overcharged and charged $20 for 4 gal of gas. I added 1 gal + @$5 for the 7 miles I traveled (confirmed on my receipt). The bed of the truck was cleaned because the previous renter left pine needles in the truck bed. My item in the truck was the upper half of the china cabinet . I paid $10 for the cleaning. I made the mistake of not cotesting the charges.

We were given an unsafe truck which had its catalytic converter stolen and took us a whole day to get a new vehicle and we had to take time off of house moving to return to location instead of U-Haul sending new truck to our location which would've made things easier. We were also threatened that driving in dirt roads will null and void your insurance! Very unfair and not at all professional
