I drove 11 miles and they charged me 50 mles
PATRICK DMake sure that equipment is up to code and safe for other customers, i.e. lights, wiring and tires. In my case both locations I went to the tires on the equipment were unacceptable. Being that, 1) The tires were 5 years out of date and were dry rotted and bubbling out. 2) The next location the tires were withing a good date however they were completely bald.
ROBERT WThe representative at the pickup location was thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. She resolved a crazy issue with expediency and got us on our way. The issue that occurred was that the truck we were to have picked up at the original location was never returned. Luckily this location was nearby and had the truck we needed.
