The uhaul part should have someone to do just uhaul because it took away from the restore,and line got extremely long. But other than that it was good.

My only issue was that my original reservation was at the Sunoco Station on 140 and It was moved to Habitat for Humanity.
David WHave more of an explanation about how the mobile app pick up feature works. I didn't understand it so I went with the counter pick up at the store which didn't open until 10:00 so we lost valuable time in the morning.

Lorie SI'll start by saying that the 2 people I dealt with at this location were very kind and friendly. However, I was charged extra, for 13 miles. I went straight to our old apartment from pickup, then to the new place, then back to drop-off. I estimated 4 miles, as I planned ahead of time and knew where I was going, on one trip. Was charged 20-something extra dollars (and I'll add that there was a sticker in the back that said that if it was returned with the bed clean, I could get 25 dollars back, and of course it was). I'll be using another company next time. I went from the pickup, to 295 East Main Street, to 520 Pinehurst Circle, then back to the pickup spot. You can Google that circle and see it was nowhere near 13 miles. I even returned it 3 or 4 hours earlier than expected. I'll be using a different company in the future. Very disappointing, and dishonest.

Lisa FUhaul location was operated from a thrift shop. Parking a 26 ft was virtually impossible due to store customers having parking spots congested. Poor customer service, one person working trying to check store customers out and run a Uhaul business.

William BThe Restore told me they had nothing to do with Uhaul. I spent an 11/2 on the app, website and on the phone trying to figure out how to get the keys. The uhaul rep told me to go back in the store and they said they could help me. Rediculous! Do not outsource your business or you will loose your business.
