Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDid an after hours drop-off here and the parking lot was very open which made it easy to take the pictures and park it.
Joshua DI tried to rent the truck here and according to the app I had a reservation but I was not able to access the code for the lock box so I never got access to the truck. I tried calling the number of the person in charge of this U-Haul and no one answered.
Nicole AI was promised a truck at one location when it came time to pick it up they did not have it. I had to go to Westminster Maryland to pick up the truck. A truck was in poor condition needed in an oil change. need to do a lot better.
Andrew PMade the reservation a week in advance. And at the last minute was moved to multiple different locations. When we went to pick up the truck the key was not in the d lock box. Had to call in and after being bounced around on hold several times had to be placed in a smaller truck than we had reserved. Horrible experience.
