This is no fault at all to Hands on Car Wash but you need to improve the smart phone pick up procedures. I had a 7am pick up but wasn't able to get the truck until after 830. I cam at 6:55 just to make sure. The system rejected me. It was Sunday so of course the business was closed. I called customer service just to be waiting on hold. This was my first time using it so of course I understand, but I was very late. There was another gentleman there also who rented before but also had problems getting his truck and he ended up leaving without it. I'm not sure how it could be improved but Improvement
