Overall service was fine. Had one issue when we were having to drop off truck. We initially had truck to be dropped off at one location but system at the end wanted the truck to be dropped off at different location which was twenty additional miles, although there were several drop off sites in the original location. When we spoke with a customer service representative they indicated that all sites were at full capacity but we could call and beg one of them to accept the truck. We were grateful that Hand on Car Wash was willing to allow us to drop off at their site. System should had indicated during the initial setup that the drop off location that was chosen was not acceptable instead of at the end.
lisa F.They rented us a trailer without tail lights and the trucks engine light came on with a burning smell we had to wait for roadside assistance on the road from Orangeburg SC to Detroit with the seatbelt sensor going off terrible experience!!
