FRANCINE SExcellent service. I called ahead and was told where to park the transporter when I arrived.
Terry CThe cab area was not clean (drinks spilled/sticky, generally dirty) and box had a fair amount of actual dirt. Overall not a huge deal. Man at pickup location was very helpful and kind. would have been good to know a standard hitch drawbar will not fit (not long enough) because drawbar hits welded on hitch plate. Had to run to harbor freight and buy extended drawbar.
Tom ARepresentative was very courteous and friendly. Made sure the equipment was secured to my vechile and ensure the lights was working properly before I let the location.
