This U-Haul location charged our credit card not just twice, but THREE times after returning the vehicle well before the deadline. It's needlessly inconvenient having to dispute these unnecessary over-charges. I am very unhappy with this latest experience. I wish I had just called Home Depot instead. Lesson learned.VICTOR S.

Trailer light plug on the bumper, malfunctioned whole time. Only had right side turn signal and right side bteak light only. I had to wire a jumper wire into my trailer wiring so i could at least have break lights on both right and left. Never had operational turn signals. Lucky i didn't get a ticket.Bob H.
1. The gas was only half tank. They ask me to bring it back with half tank gas, it is not easy to pump gas to half tank. 2. When I book online I opt for no insurance and when I was at there for pick up I mentioned it again that I don't want insurance because I was not going far more than 10 miles, but they add it and came out more than I saw it while do the online booking.Deepu S.

I showed up at 1PM and didn't get my Truck until 130PM. They promised me a 50 $Refund and never gave me one as it stated on their website that if my truck isn't ready when I"m there with my appointment Im guaranteed 50 $.Katlego M.

They didn't have all the pads I requested. I was never sent the text to review the truck at check out, there was damage on both sides of truck when I picked it up. The truck and trailer both were wedged in and hard to get out.Michael L.

They gave us a truck that was just returned and dirty. I saw a clean 26' parked in the lot. They had only 12 blankets and we ordered 36 blankets. They said there is a blanket shortage. So everyone is keeping their blankets and returning them?????Robert B.

I really hate to give a bad review but on this I have to. They gave us keys to a truck that wasn't there. Then the truck they did have, they left the windows down and it had rained also the truck wouldn't start. I had to downsize from a 17' to a 15'. The gas gauge didn't would so they guy wouldn't except the truck until the gas overflowed from the tank.Courtney W.

There was only one person working the desk for both uhaul and the gas station, it was very busy and not to any fault of the worker it took over an hour to get my truck, it was very disorganized and time consuming.Nicole C.

I went to the lady at the register of the gas station. She took my name down and went to go call for the car. The gentleman who gave her the key for the vehicle was pretty unfriendly and made us feel like a Nuisance. The gentleman I return the vehicle to didn't say a word to me. I had to wait five minutes for him to even come inside even though he saw me come in. He stayed outside picking up trash. The only words this gentleman said to me is you need to put gas and here's your contract. Just not a very friendly place. No explanationJacob H.
Best bet is to use the truck share 24/7 so you can just get the truck and go. The truck was extremely dirty on the inside. The floor mats were filthy, the truck looked like it hadn't been washed and cleaned out in years. It was gross and had old food left in it. I just needed it for under 2 hours so just dealt with it but wouldn't bother renting a pick up truck from this location again.Brittany T.

It was obvious the truck was had not been sanitized after the last driver. There was a dog smell and dog fur on the passenger door. I never rented a trailer before and the guy was only able to hook the trailer onto the truck and direct me to get my car on the trailer. He could not help or explain how to secure the car to the trailer. I used uhaul many times and prior to this one my experience has been very professional. I read all the reviews on Haul site and Google. They were vastly different. I was nervous, but in need so I did it. My experience was good. I will say this, however... Check the gas gauge and mileage (take a pic). Mine was off by 1/18 of a gallon. I showed the guy, and he said he would change it. I put in more gas than I used, I didn't go over my estimated miles, and I brought it back early... I think all of those things shaped my experience positively.Lynne H.

The person was very busy with lots of other services but did prioritize for me. The system did not make it clear that I had already paid which is apparently rare. It took him several attempts of trying to charge me to realize it was all ready to go.John M.

Highly recommend finding another U-Haul dealer! The 15' truck was due back at 4 p.m. I arrived at 4:02. The return place is a gas station. I went to counter to let him know I arrived so truck would not be late and pay for gas used. He tells me to move the truck first. Although I had parked the truck exactly where the last attendant told me to park it when returning. So I had to take keys back to move the truck. It's a tight parking lot. Too small for all the U-haul trucks, so it was difficult to park the truck without blocking other trucks and trailers. I returned to the counter, maybe 20 minutes later. Just received bill by email. He charged an extra day of rental!!! After moving all day, nobody needs an unwelcome surprise from a greedy truck rental guy. Choose a different U-haul dealer.Michelle N.

I pulled up at the gas pump to fill the tank of the truck I drove the truck 28 miles the gas tank which was supposed to be full in the needle look full when I picked it up took almost two and a half gallons of gas the chart on the rental agreement said it should have taken less than one and a half I complained to the operator who did absolutely nothing about it let me with the full gas charge for my contract that wasn't right he wouldn't do anything about itRobert D.
