employee Hans Valero (087412) was rude, uncooperative, had no knowledge of corporate accounts, was argumentative and called me a liar because I told him there was no seal on the dolly nor the furniture pad. We had a large flat, carpeted on both ends dolly and a blue medium size dolly. We did not need Uhaul's dolly but he charged me for the dolly and furniture anyway. If that's the way this location does business to trick people into paying for items they don't need, I will no longer be doing business with that location. Other locations treat me far better and are courteous. I called UHaul and the employee, whom I was on the phone with after the gentleman checked me out, said the attendant clearly didn't follow the corporate account policy. If he has no knowledge of how to process people out, he shouldn't be dealing with people. Thank you, N. Ameris

Have your systems and terminals operational. I requested a pick up at a much closer location. This location is a dirty place. No contract, wrong trailer logged in system wrecked havoc at drop off time.

Had my name and email address wrong. Told them but only name was corrected. Parking is horrible and extremely limited. Customer service is poor. English was mumbled when trying to communicate. I wanted to pay with cash but was told I can’t for the deposit. I asked if I could pay via cash when I returned the truck and was told yes (apparently poor communication again). Upon my return my card was charged instead of allowing me to pay cash. They would not accept cash. I will never walk in that store again

# 1.The Clark help me to got this trailer was not friendly at all. #2. The Cark was at the night when I went to return the trailer , I learned the worse experience in my life, I swear my Passed way Dad , I swear my 14 years old son my wife swear to my God. He was the Rudest , Uncivilized, Uncultured, Uneducated, rough mannered, Ugliest Behavior , Worse customer Service, nastiest Customer Maniac, Disrespectful manners, All the Unexpected experience Me and my wife learned last night from that employee last night, in front of us another customer called him A..........e. The guy Gave us the Trailer he we paid him by cash with deposit , but when we came to return the trailer ,the night cashier pick up the phone set and called the morning cashier and started yell at him after he hanged up his phone he started the same thing with us , my Question Why he was yelling tome and my wife ? he was telling me next time don't pay with cash pay with card .why he was telling me repeatedly ? I told him after all those experienced I learned I told him ' I don't think so I am coming back in this location again ' he replied ' I don't need you to come back you D....k Head . The bottom Line is He doesn't deserve this Job me and my wife would say. There are Thousands of rental places in this beautiful city. I don't have to go to that place again . we use the rental Truck 4times a month for my Company, I will go with someone else where we get some respect as a customer. Shame on this U-Haul location.

Today 8/30 i recieved a text notification that there is an an additional charge pending. The violations appears to be the cost of a toll. Please go ahead and charge me the $2.23 to the billing and card info associated with my reservation.

It would be helpful to have more equipment available, I.e. blankets, dollies, handcarts. Both myself and another customer were disappointed to not receive the equipment we reserved in advance due to Uhaul not supplying the satellite location we picked up at.

Drop-off location in Lewisville: the young person in attendance was officious and obstructionist. Will avoid use of this location in future is viable alternative is available. Amongst other things, he claimed that my copy of the reservation would not allow him to find me in the system, and insisted I needed to have a copy of the contract with me (if that's really true, not only is it an inadequate computer system, but I had never been informed of that requirement)

My original contract # 23134563 reservation was made on Tuesday, 6/18/18. I called to confirm on Thursday, 06/21/18 and was told everything was fine. On 6/23/18 at 7:30a I arrived to pick up the 10 foot truck I had reserved for 5 hours. Upon getting to the location I was informed that the truck I reserved was not available. After some back and forth with who I am assuming was u haul customer service I was told that they would give me the 15 foot truck at no additional cost. At this point it’s after 8am. The woman that helped me asked me to have the truck back by 11a because they had many reservations. Well my original order was for 5 hours, so not only did I lose time waiting while they resolved the issue which was their fault but then they shortened my time to have the truck. I had the truck back by 10:30, gassed up and ready to return. Upon leaving I discovered they charged me the price for the 15 foot truck, not the 10 foot truck as promised. The difference is only $10 but it’s the principle. Then in further reading of the receipt they provided they ended up cancelling my original reservation/contract and creating a new one, # 89160847. This just made me feel as if they were covering their tracks as to the mistake they made.I was not happy with the customer service I received.

Customer service was poor the lady behind the register circled where the gas needed to be and I filled it to the point where I had picked it up. She still charged me for 2 more gallons because she said what it had on the computer was differently. So I was over charged. I will never you that location again.

Located in a bad location and not entry friendly as it is part of a gas station. No dedicated person to help you have to wait for regular gas station customers to finish transactions.
