The customer service was not good. Not friendly people. Accused us of not filling up with enough gas even though we have photos of the gauge before and after use of it left at the same amount.

George CGot a blown out tire. Was acceptable if it was punctured, but only to find out it was super worn out / bald on the inner side, with threads already showing, didn't notice during the pickup cause I was too trusting that they are well maintained and inspected every trip. Had to wait for roadside assistance for almost 2 hours with the heat.

Larry SStaff seemed to be rather disorganized and not sure on how to do a return, it would be helpful if they would help one customer at a time, instead of serving other customers while you are still doing your business with them, this can cause frustration on the clients part. They do not make you feel important when they deal with you.
Gary BTruck interior was in need of a clean. The blankets were damp and dirty.
John MTurned out to be way too expensive and not worth it. I should have rented a trailer. The mileage cost was a serious rip off.

WAQAS HMaybe don't take a reservation if you don't the vehicle requested. I had my reservation changed lest then 24 hrs before pickup to another place 22km away. I had take a Lyft that cost me money and the km to get back home. I'm very disappointed about this experience.

Matthew CI was told they did not have a uhaul furniture dolly and that I had to pay separately for their own furniture dolly. I did but the quality of the dolly was terrible. It was mostly useless and I ended up not using it at all. The wheels were small and it barely moved. The communication with staff was not great either. I had to ask a few times for them to explain everything clearly.

Rebecca NI have been using U-Haul for all my moves but the latest one is the worst experience I've ever had. First of all, the clerk wanted to fool me and make me pay for gas I didn't use. He didn't provide a contract with numbers on how much gas was in the tank as well as the mileage. I was so glad I took a picture of the mileage and the gas level - 1/4. I did 39 miles and then fuelled it up according to the mileage I did. The clerk wanted to make me pay for a half of a tank. I provided the picture to him and he said he didn't care about it and I had to pay. Of course I payed only for the miles I did and the gas I used. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to take a picture of the dashboard at the end of the trip and the clerk refused to open the truck for me to take it. Then I received a contact on email, according to which, there was almost a half of the tank. I'm pretty sure he wanted me to pay for someone else who used the truck earlier and didn't fill it up. Worst experience ever. Please respect your customers. This person should not work there!!! Plus the truck had a big steering play. It was not really safe to drive on highway speeds. I doubt I will ever use U-Haul again or at least visit this location and this awful person.
Yaugen KOverall experience was good. I could have given full star rating if the tires was good ( or atleast ok). The 10ft truck that i Borrowed had bad tires.. Stuck couple times even in the light snow. Check tires before you give..
jomin jUpon drop off, I'd filled the van with gas, past where the guage was when i picked it up. I was told U-Haul did not take that into consideration, there would be no refund and I would still have to pay an extra $16 for mileage. Would have liked to know this when I picked up my vehicle.

Murray BGarbage inside cab of van. Windows frosted over with no scrapper. Paid for blankets that I was told to retrieve myself and fold and return. Tried to return via through the app and employee came out to make me move it, despite having already gone through the entire process. Customer service was weak. Will not use this location again.

TREVOR NI have no idea how to improve customer service at G&B Fuels and or Uhaul. So convenient and the equipment has been carefree.With Uhaul I don't need a pickup when I have a hitch and a plug on my car. I have rented multiple times with both Uhaul and G&B Fuels
ROBERT DWe've rented a trailer from this location 5 times and every one was a positive experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, the trailers are always there at our reservation time, and it's always in good working order. The next time we need a trailer, we'll be back.

Carol dTrailer was buried in a dark corner of the yard took a half hour to pull it out myself. Staff was poorly trained in use of the trailer, did not know how to tie down a vehicle properly let alone be qualified to inspect the tie down. Original gas reading was way off.
Dave HI was overcharged. The starting mileage was incorrect. I received 3 statement/receipts. I had to call several times to clarify and get the right charges.
Claudiu PThe tank was not full and considering I picked up from a gas station, I would expect it to be. The maintenance on the truck was poor. Steering was sloppy, tires were terrible, passenger door was very hard to close and couldn't adjust the passenger mirror plus there was I high pitch wine coming from the motor. I was afraid the truck was going to break down. I was called before I picked up and asked if I could bring the truck back 30 minutes before the contract ended because he had it rented to someone else. Not impressed. Not professional. Good thing we we just using the truck for a dump run.

Duane SThe booking app used by the booker seemed slow and made the overall booking process seem longer than necessary. I didn't feel that this was a problem with the attendant but more with either the app or the hardware they were using.

Noel HThe truck I rented had a low tire pressure. Very bad customer service. Guy at the counter was very rude. First, after I returned truck, he told me to add gas tank was @3/8 during pickup. Thankfully, I took a picture of the guage at pickup which was just above 1/4. I tried to provide feedback on my experience, he kept talking back, that I should rather go online with the review.

Ahmad BI only needed a motorcycle trailer for a day and it was extremely reasonable rates and the team was very helpful! They were in the neighbourhood next-door to me and it was easy to pick up and drop off.
Murray BWhen I picked up the truck the check engine light was on and the ramp was broken when going 80 kms an hour on flat road the vehicle did not go into 4th gear and was stuck in 3rd gear the transmission then lost power and was forced to pull over and restart the truck and continue driving this situation happened twice I am very update with the condition of the truck when I picked it up and would like a refund or some compensation as it was a horrible experience
Brendan KUpon returning the vehicle, the attendant was initially quite rude and demanding that we pay an additional amount for gas despite us making sure that there was more gas in it than when we picked it up. He accused us of lying despite showing him the picture of the gas gauge
Donna GThe customer returning the unit we rented was late, yet we were warned our rental time could not be extended as the unit already had another customer picking up at our original rental return time. It did not affect us as we only needed it for a couple of short trips, but it would have been an issue if we had needed it for the full original time.

Bhaskar KBack of the truck was clean. Interior had some drink spilled around cup holder and floor mat was dirty, but nothing that was gross or made it uncomfortable to use. The truck drove good, only maintenance that needs to be checked was the engine light. I'll definitely be back if I need to move or tow a project car home ✌️
