The person who checked me in was very helpful and made my first uhaul rental a guaranteed return for next time.

Peter SHave a rental area or have a gas station don't have both! It took far longer than it should have to get the truck that I needed due to the cashier having to constantly stop to ring up anyone wanting gas, chips, or something to drink.

Jack VThis is my go to location for all things U-Haul. I have used other dealers in the area, these guys seem like they invest more time in the U-Haul portion of their location than the others do. They also have some bomb a$$ barbecue next door, so there's that as well..!!
ARTHUR LNo drop box by trucks. Tried to drop off truck day before and never got help or location. Guy I dropped it off to over charged me and also agreed U-Haul service an app is poor.

Kathy HNot charge an extra $100 when someone runs 2-3 hours late. Customer service was horrible when i tried to extend the reservation. They told me it would be an extra $100 for being late when it is a 39,95 per day rental! Will never be using uhaul again.
Charla PThe trailer I rented was evidently old and probably nearing it's end of useful life. The floor seemed loose in places, the tires were less than 1/2 tread, the rear door latch normally required two people to latch and unlatch and the hydraulic surge brakes were prone to locking up WAY too easy. I pull a 24' trailer regularly that is equipped with surge brakes. I know how they should normally operate.
Greg AUsed the Uhaul Website and ordered all items needed and included the moving help from Hi IQ Moving LLC! Best move I've ever had.
Bobby GThis was a last minute moving event. No other rentals had trucks available on a Sunday afternoon. The truck cab was not vaccummed out, but beggers can't be choosers.

Brenda BThere was blood all over the inside driver door and inside was filthy in the truck and in the storage section too. Hi View employee came out to "clean" truck only using paper towel. No sanitizer. There is a lot of debris in the area by the parked truck making picking up truck dangerous. Also, HiView employee also took his dog behind truck for a diaharreah poop while we look at and investigate the truck. A terrible experience. Asked for another truck because of the blood and he said that was all that was available. This was 3rd rental we had in our move and this was awful. Expensive experience and unsanitary! We put very few miles on the vehicle.
