All was great

Clean truck for the customer ahead of time. Truck had snacks, sticky dashboard.

Uhaul needs to communicate better with the facility because they were not told of my upgrade.

Don't change anything... you already get five stars. Why mess around with that?

The inside of the store needs to be cleaned. It looks like the floor hasn't been swept in months. I saw no precautions to be more sanitary during this covid-19 pandemic. The seats/chairs need to be either deep cleaned or replaced. But, the staff are very friendly.

Bugs are a problem this time of year, spend an extra 5 min. To clean the windshield thoroughly. Otherwise all other aspects of the trucks preparedness was great.

i have never seen so many rude people in my life. i'm not pleased at all about the way that i was treated when returning the equipment. i will not be doing business with this location again.

The employees here are very nice and helpful. They work hard and know what they are doing. The only problem is the parking lot is too small and there is a lot of business, so a lot of vehicles. People park anywhere, blocking the drive. The employees have to direct traffic and even park trailers for people. We have rented vans & trailers from them several times, and despite the crowded parking lot, we will use them again.

Too cramped with several businesses operating at same location. Difficult to park truck.

Cluttered and difficult to find parking

There is no improvement needed. The service we received was above and beyond excellent. The people at HP Car Accessories were so kind and professional, and even took time to check and replace fuses in our truck so that all lights on the cargo trailer worked before we left. We were very humbled by how nice everyone was.

Staff is very friendly and very helpful however the location almost always has most all parking spots taken and there is almost no room to navigate especially when towing a trailer. They really need to try and do something about this.

The owner at this location is very friendly and helpful.

Location was good. The lady I talked to on the phone after drop off was Very Nice. The only thing I could see was that it was very crowded and was not sure where to leave the vehicle. But all in all was good

2 bad experiencess back to back. 1 rented pick up got there wasnt available. 2 rented a van the estimated price sent to my bank. Incorrect price. Do not go there!

The location is very cluttered and crowded with non-U-Haul car repairs, stereo installations and ATVs. Very disorganized.

They always do a good job.

This is one of the best run businesses in East Texas. The owner is always involved. Great place

Staff was not friendly and did not go with us to look at truck

There was damage to the trailer when picking it up. I pointed it out and ask how to notate the damage. I was told the company no longer did that. I said, if I'm responsible for damage then I won't rent it without being able to show the damage was here already, don't want to be blamed for something I didn't do. Noone until the manager got involved told me about the website where I could upload pictures of damages. They should have explained that and offered that link to me immediately without having to ask and escalate. The manager (possibly owner) is always helpful. His staff does not know much of anything. If something happens, and the employees can't answer, don't waste your time, just go straight to the manager.

I'd give it 5 stars but it has inadequate parking space. But, the owner or manager is a heck of a nice guy, diligent and hard working. I've been in his store several times. Hope he can acquire a lot nearby or something.

The location is somewhat chaotic. Lots of customers for the other business located here, so parking lot is always packed making ingress/egress difficult. Owners are very nice and extremely helpful.

Always very helpful here. Much appreciated. We have rented and/or dropped off at this location several times and will continue. Our latest was a trailer rental which was clean, in good repair and a quick transaction on both ends of the rental. Thank you.

stop by this rental location, go inside and you will quickly understand why.

The owners where very unprofessional and unfriendly nor were they helpful I recommend pulling all of your uhuals out of that location for good , I will never go there again.

DO NOT DO SELF CHECK IN AT THIS LOCATION! The truck I rented did not have any of the dollies or furniture pads I ordered. My pick up and drop off times were after their normal business hours. The app wouldn't allow me to upload the required photos for returning the the truck. Overall the self check in is a pain in the rear. After emailing U-Haul I was still invoiced for the follies and pads. But will be disputing the charges with my cc company.
