The lady at the register was very nice. The man running the place was distracted and did not do the prior damage report, odometer and fuel review. Truck wasn't cleaned between renters. Not filthy but not clean. It was an okay experience. Not great but not terrible. Room for improvement but beats the Uhaul "smoke room" in Terrell!

Not necessarily for customer service…that was great. I am very concerned about the truck itself. Felt like it was going to die in me lots if times. More specifically when I would slow down (for a stop).

Susan S.12X6 open trailer was full of dirt and pulled like it had unbalanced square tires. Very frustrating vibration for 4 hours to my pulling vehicle and to my load. It was extremely violent with and without the load. The equipment should not have been in service.
