The gentleman at the location was kind enough to help us because the app would not let me click the box to accept, even after I had read everything twice. He was already closed. But he reopened his store and was so kind enough to help. This means so much to me, I recently lost my husband to cancer and was moving into my home after 4 months of staying with my sister. This kindness is what we need more of in the world

The before hours online check in was a disaster. I spent over an hour on the phone with different people trying to get the app to finish the check in process so that I could get a key. I had to wait for the location to open while my movers all waited.
Ronnie YThe van that runs this place is just always so nice and respectful. It is a very busy place but he gets us in and out of there quickly.
REBECCA Mthe spaces are very limited and hard to park trailers there. The parking lot to this place is very small and has lots of cars parked there all the time.
