Craig FYou moved my pick up location to a second location when I arrive. They were incredibly rude and informed me that they don't know why you sent me there, but they did not have access to my trailer because they were parked in the back and they were blocked then you sent me to a third location. It was unbelievable. It was a Mexican restaurant Homeless people everywhere only one trailer or U-Haul on the entire property. The people were very nice, but it was scary place to go to and I would not send anyone there in the future.

Francisco RThe Father and daughter(?) we're lovely , showed up on time and was good to deal with. The location was easy to get to but the building is very old and very dirty. Our Uhaul truck was filthy… was shocking to see that we were just to get in it and drive away. The fellow tried to help and wipe it down but the cloth was just as dirty. We went and got cleaning supplies and cleaned the inside before starting on our journey. The truck ran well and we made it to our destination.
Toby TThe site manager erred in stating the begining mileage on my unit resulting in a $21 overcharge. The actual beginning mileage which I recorded prior to moving the truck was 545 and the final mileage was 558 for a total of 13 miles used. The operator incorrectly stated the beginning mileage as 524 resulting in a 21 mile overcharge. I spoke with the site manager yesterday: he apologized, blamed the error on his poor eyesight, and said he would correct the issue today. I have not seen the refund on my card as of this writting.

Marquane HMake sure there is a representative there. We had to wait for 30 min to come to the location to help us. It was during regular hours. Then he wanted to charge us for 4 used boxes for $10.

Jesus DThe office is absolutely horrible and dirty. I was charged extra for gas even though I brought it back with more gas than when I received it. Told him the truck was dirty when I picked it up inside the cabin and in the back when I picked it up and still was charged a cleaning fee. Will not be going to this location ever again. I should have known better when I saw the state of the office. Much rather go to the Indio location off of Highway 111 and golf center. At least their office is clean, efficient and I know I won't be ripped off!

tyler eCalling this a Uhaul 'Location' is a joke.. more a restaurant that happens to have a desk to do Uhaul transactions with. When I arrived with my truck/trailer (with car still on trailer), I asked the man who came out if he had a few more wood blocks to put under the tires and ramp to assist my car off the trailer... he looked at me like I asked for a golden unicorn or something and said "no, we don't have stuff like that here.". I had to go rummage through the dirt lot to find concrete blocks and rocks to wedge under tires. Thankfully another gentleman came out and was at least visually aiding me while trying to back down.. having to stop and get out multiple times to attempt to adjust blocks.. during these adjustments, all of a sudden the original guy came up and handed me his phone saying the manager wanted to speak with me.. she immediately started interrogating me about what I was doing, why I was doing it, why I was having her people help me, and more?!? wtf?? I told her I was doing all the moving myself and did not even understand why we were speaking on the phone? I ultimately got the car down without major issue.. not thanks to Uhaul. Not only would I not use this location ever again under any circumstance, but it honestly made me think about looking elsewhere next time I need to move. Very disappointing way to end a long day of travel.
Timothy HTrailer was dirty inside He hung the chains so down the road they hit the road. I redid I ordered up for pick up at 1:00 and he called to tell me I had to pick up at 9:00 because he had to leave.

Rod KOwner was 20 minutes late in opening his store. He could not find the mule. He was confused about everything and he was foggy about helping my hook up trailer. He wore flip flops, which are not safe around heavy equipment. This is a side hustle for him. Pkeas STOP using him Office was a mess and dirty with boxes strewn around unbelievably unprofessional! Bad experience all around!
david pIt looked and smelled like a third world crap hole. Junk all over very poorly maintained. God awful. I would never go there again. Marginal folks running the place. So sad when other facilities seem so nice. I want my money back.

Michael SCharged me for 3 days instead of 2. The trailer was filled with gravel and not clean. The worst part is the facility. It's a filthy back room of a Mexican restaurant and reeks of rotten food. I mean this place was actually filthy, and a health hazard for the restaurant. Apparently the owner and his family are date farmers too. I called at my pickup time of 8 am and the owner picked up his phone saying they were 15 minites away. I would have used the one in La Quinta, but getting the trailer size I needed is really difficult apparently.

William JEverything was pretty good only thing was that first we had to wait for the owner of the shop to get there and when we returned the tow dolly waited outside for almost a full hour and he never showed up.

eddie gThey charge me a 25 dollar fee that wasn't mentioned on the contract. I dropped off truck at Monroe st. Indio CA. Truck was clean and i moved mattresses theres no way of getting the truck dirty. Guy just took keys and said ill email you later and thats what I got. Stay there make sure they inspect the truck infront of you. 25 fee for cleaning. !!?? They need Better customer service And cleaner location office.
JULIO RIt's extremely difficult to find, the guy that operates this location did not arrive until 8:46 am and our appointment time was at 8:00am. Once we found the hidden location, the office was extremely and disgusting dirty. It's in a run down filthy office. When I say filthy, it was disgraceful. I don't see how you could operate a business out of this. They are unorganized and not very friendly. Bad customer service. We had to help move other equipment out of the way to get what we came for. I will never rent from that location again.
Melissa PWe used the trailer for less than 24 hours of what we thought was going to be a 5 day rental. My guys returned the trailer during the operating hours but no one was there. I called that day multiple times to request they check in the trailer and send me an invoice showing 1 day rental. Never received anything. Called multiple times over multiple days, never received anything. Then received a phone call saying our equipment was overdue. Still no receipt sent to us over a week later showing final bill for 1 day.

Antonio ZMy ususal location U-Haul (Hwy 111 in Indio) didn't have the trailer I needed, so they located one at this location. Trailer was in excellent shape. No one was in the office when I returned the trailer mid-afternoon.
BRUCE CI lost one hour trying to find the location. They are not at the address listed in the contract. They didn't answer the phone and I called at least a 6 separate times. I finally got a return call one hour after arriving at the location listed in the contract and he gave me the correct address.
mel sHard to find. Locked when I got there. Called the number, no answer. Within 5 minutes (just getting ready to unhitch in the parking lot to take a delivery picture, but he showed-up unannounced) a guy walks down the alley and says..."just park it by the wall between the two trucks. Last I saw or heard of him. Took photos as proof and left. 30 seconds of contact not quite comforting.
Richard JDidn't check the truck for damage or cleaning, didn't check the mileage, didn't check the fuel gauge, didn't give me any kind of receipt to show I even returned the rig. Very poor operation
mike hVery run down facility in comparison to other locations. In addition, I was charged for 2 full days only being late an hour and received a call saying the trailer was needed by another customer, rushing our return and no doubt collecting the same day's rate from them. In addition there was a charge on my receipt for 16 for some trailer protection I was not told about nor authorized and I called about it but have yet to see a credit. I will involve Amex if necessary and give a scathing Yelp review if it's not taken care of.
