You moved my pick up location to a second location when I arrive. They were incredibly rude and informed me that they don’t know why you sent me there, but they did not have access to my trailer because they were parked in the back and they were blocked then you sent me to a third location. It was unbelievable. It was a Mexican restaurant Homeless people everywhere only one trailer or U-Haul on the entire property. The people were very nice, but it was scary place to go to and I would not send anyone there in the future.

The place was strewn with homeless people outside on the property, the inside was disgusting, the parking lot was riddled with pottholes holes. They also charged a cleaning fee which is ridiculous as I brought the truck immaculately. I
