Make sure there is a representative there. We had to wait for 30 min to come to the location to help us. It was during regular hours. Then he wanted to charge us for 4 used boxes for $10.

Jesus DThe office is absolutely horrible and dirty. I was charged extra for gas even though I brought it back with more gas than when I received it. Told him the truck was dirty when I picked it up inside the cabin and in the back when I picked it up and still was charged a cleaning fee. Will not be going to this location ever again. I should have known better when I saw the state of the office. Much rather go to the Indio location off of Highway 111 and golf center. At least their office is clean, efficient and I know I won’t be ripped off!

Alex CVery unprofessional location. Dirty, unorganized, didn't have my reservation. I had to do the trailer hook up. The rep was nice but unorganized.
