Because of my lack of great communication, I ended up letting a clean, empty unit go unaccounted for, racking up $215 in fees. I paid, called to move out -- and got it all refunded. Literally changed my month. I was able to get fresh groceries!!!

This is “hands down” the best U-Haul I’ve EVER been in. So clean, so welcoming, the staff so nice!

Making the reservation was confusing. I called & asked if this was a specific location. I was told yes & when I went to get the truck it was at another location.

The lady working was zero help. Very rude comments the whole time plus "you are in a hurry so just put the trailer here" which was an unsecured spot. I took pictures to CYA. Don't return or rent with this woman "manager" person still there.

I was told it would be $29. Per day and they charged me $59! And the back latch was broken so I had to waste my time going back and getting another truck

Was totally surprised that there wasn't a ramp on the 10 foot truck! I thought all U-Haul trucks had a ramp. But other than that it was great. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

This is MariaL and this place is very clean plus they offer free water n stuff to the customers. They are located near the main highway , gas and stores . Yvonne is always a big help and makes things right n get things done . She is Amazing!!!

People at Irving Storage, 555 W Airport Frwy are lying about the drop off condition and charging for extra two days.

The truck, while mechanically sound, was literally falling apart. Neither visor was able to be locked in place in the center. The driver's seat upholstery was coming apart to such an extent that it prevented the door from being closed without being slammed. Adjusting the seat forward and backward required getting out of the truck to access the lever since the seat cushion essentially swallowed it up. The passenger side mirror shook and rattled creating a great deal of noise. I typically rent a truck at least once a year - this one was the jankiest I've ever seen.

Everything went very well, equipment was really what I really needed. I only have a comment: At the time I went to drop off the trailer, it got stuck, so I called the store because, no one was there to make sure everything was ok with the equipment, the lady that picked up started arguing with me instead of offering me solutions, she was very disrespectful, the things that she told me made no sense at all. A little training will help to prevent this kind of events.

Made reservation the previous day over the phone and was quoted for a one-way rental. Got to the pick up location and store was unable to locate my reservation. They manually input everything again and said the vehicle was overweight, they tried again and said I'd have to drop off at another location. Tried another time but couldnt get the discount I was quoted on the phone. This went on and on for an hour and 15 minutes and I was the only customer in the store. Everything turned out OK eventually but took extremely too long. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, just not very savvy on the computer.

Better inspections of the vehicle. The tire almost blew on us and we are very lucky we found the bald tire with the plug from the last repair attempt coming out of the tire. The reservation was made for a 5 day out of state. Scary thought of what could have happened. Delayed our trip

La verdad todo es bueno con respeto al camión y lo que rentan, pero la aplicación es no sirve para nada, ayer me tomó más de 1 hora y media entregar en camión en la app. Tenía un error y por más que trataba borraba las fotos y me hacía empezar de cero. Deberías revisar eso porque es un dolor de cabeza entregar algo por este medio.

Vehicle was not filled with a full tank of gas when it was given to me. I filled the gas to where it was and still get charged $27 more

We used after-hours drop off, ample space for us to unload our car, and park the car transport safely. We look forward to dropping off our Truck accordingly as well.

The process of needing a storage unit was made simple and convenient here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and in good working order each time we came. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone who finds themselves in need.

I had stalls at this facility for almost three years. My property was kept safe and in a good climate controlled environment. I never had a single problem or other issue. Bill payment was easy by using the online payment feature. I highly recommend this location for storage needs. The only reason I did not give the location an excellent rating was due to the homeless people hanging around the area. However, that is not the fault of the facility. That is to be blamed on the City of Irving's lack of proper enforcement of state law (i.e. trespassing).

The office staff including Maggie was extremely rude when dealing with an issue. The only time the office staff was nice, was when they were taking my money. I will never use this facility again and I will not recommend it to anyone. Every customer should be treated with respect and the office definately did not accomplish that.

The rates kept going up. My "bill" date was changed and started getting charged late fees. I opened the unit up later that the original billing date and you kept moving it so over time you took not only my money but my time in the space. I have told everyone I know not to use your storage. They ate better off elsewhere. If I wasn't 50 yrs old and unable to lift all in the items in storage myself I would have left many many months ago the first time you Changed Rates and my due date.

It's really unsatisfactory the service that is offered in this establishment. It got so bad that it resulted in me contacting U-Haul to make report of how bad the service was. The two workers there told me that I didn't meet the requirements which were that my car had to be up to date to rent a parking spot, yet once I was in there all the cars parked had expired license plates. Overall really dissatisfied with how bad the service was.

Overall, this place is great. The units are secure, climate-controlled, and well-lit. As a woman, I felt safe visiting on my own when necessary. There is an elevator and dollies you can use when needed. My move-out was very smooth. My only complaint was upon move-in on a Sunday morning, the opening time for the office was incredibly unclear. I had previously visited the office and a staff member *told* me the office would open at 8:30 am on Sunday (this agreed with or was later than times I found on Google and the Irving Storage site). However, I waited until 9:20 for an employee to arrive. There were three of us waiting by the time she got there; when we asked what time they were supposed to open, she responded that they opened at 9:00 (which disagrees with all posted openings) and did not apologize for rolling in later than that at 9:20. I just barely made it back to my apartment by 10:00 when my movers were arriving. I would still recommend this place, but don't plan to obtain a unit at opening time. Visit later during the day if you need to access the main office. I hope that management will take it upon themselves soon to make sure that their website, Google, posted signs in the window, and their staff all agree about opening times as these can actually affect moves.

The staff was friendly and professional. The building was convenient to get to and access to the unit was easy. Has to provide own lighting inside storage unit. But climate control protected a lot of things I had from the elements otherwise. I would recommend this storage unit I would also recommend their U-Haul truck rental services.

Bad experience. While moving in, I was doing it myself and could not keep my eyes on everything all at once. I knew I was missing a cart with about four boxes and a headboard on it. I was exhausted sweaty tired and I had two hour drive home so I didn't give it another thought. 2 months later I go to move out and I have no headboard then I started thinking oh my gosh what else am I missing. Family heirlooms in one box which is heartbreaking everything from high-end shoes to kitchen items basically about over $1 000 worth of merchandise. I don't know if I was offered insurance or not but that's not the point. When it hit me that I was missing a lot of things upon unpacking at home I called the storage and the same woman who checked me in 2 months prior was so aggressive and defensive I couldn't get a word in edgewise and all she kept repeating was I offered you insurance and you didn't take it I remember you said that lol. Oh really you remember me saying that out of all your customers two and a half months ago? Moving on that's not even the point, the point is why was she so aggressive? All I was calling about to see is if they had video footage from that long ago. My things were stolen the day I moved in not once I moved in. She wouldn't talk about it she wouldn't help or listen. I ended up calling the owner still have not heard back. I'll never get my things back I'll never get my mother's things back that will mean nothing to anybody but me. I have no proof but my instinct is that there is some kind of racket going on there that when your back is turned your things are going to disappear. I've dealt with thieves before and the young woman who I dealt with that work there fit the description of one. Zero concern, very aggressive and so guilty. To make matters worse I scraped up the side of my Prius on there the back side of their building where they had rebars sticking out. It literally gouged my car. Perfect. Also there were several men standing out in the back loading propane tanks into one of the storages very sketchy. Okay that's about it. The place was clean on the inside but the outside was really sketchy and not really completely safe. One day I went there and the gate was broken wide open with nobody manning it. We're in a deep freeze right now in north Texas but next week I plan on going to the police department in filing a report. Nothing will come of it I'm sure but it needs to be on record. And just to know it says to please contact the storage facility to try to work something out before leaving this kind of feedback and I did with two phone calls and five texts to the owner still nothing.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The climate controlled units are nice and maintained. The only issue is that there is two loading docks and sometimes they are full with other tenants and you have to wait to get in and out. overall, a nice place!

We had a great experience storing our things at Irving Storage. The facility was always clean. I felt comfortable that there weren't any bugs or anything that could harm our belongings. There were always carts to use and although there were busy days it never felt crowded. The staff is always very friendly. Terry seems to always be there with helpful information and is just all around a great guy. If we ever need storage in Irving again we would definitely go back.

DO NOT RENT HERE, 3 days before my rent was due for a parking spot, they sent an e-mail raising my rent from $85 to $150. The night of my lease, my truck was broke into in gate secure parking and my tools and 2 dollies were stolen. They did NOTHING. 2 months later a truck broke the mirror off mine. I made a police report. Storage did NOTHING. They further intruded on my time to relocate my truck 2 times then were Rude. Someone tied up part of my parking space and when I reported it, the manager was rude to me. 6 month BAD EXPERIENCE. My rent always paid ahead of due date

I don't get why it says I qualify for a free month however U-Haul charging 6,95 admin fee and the actual storage facility adding a 20 admin fee, That does not Equal free. Free is free
