Very friendly staff. Nice clean, facilities. However, I reserved the largest possible storage unit, but there was a mix-up, and I got a smaller storage unit that led to some severe inconveniences as I was in the process of moving.

I was told the employee who’s assisting me today was new but that doesn’t justify the blunder that happened to us. We had to take everything back to my old apartment and redo all the unloading and loading. I believe we deserve a fair compensation in some form for this blunder. Thank you.

Bill payment was easy by using the online payment feature. I highly recommend this location for storage needs. The only reason I did not give the location an excellent rating was due to the homeless people hanging around the area. However, that is not the fault of the facility. That is to be blamed on the City of Irving's lack of proper enforcement of state law (i.e. trespassing).
