SAWYER BBy far this is the best U-Haul store & storage. The place is clean and well organize and the front desk personnel are pleasant to deal with and efficient in their work. I highly recommend this place for its services, friendliness and cleanliness.
AHMED AThey charged me $94 for renting a two-wheeled dolly when it costs $54. They told me they would issue a refund, but to this day they haven't resolved the issue. They told me I could return it to another location for the $54 price. In short, they lied to me and weren't honest. The young woman who assisted me was very helpful and said the manager was taking this matter seriously, but to this day they haven't resolved it. I don't recommend them.
