Uhaul never has the equipment that they offer when you make your reservation. i.e. dolly's, blankets etc

Staff was not the issue but they were not quick to help! The equipment was run down & they did a poor of communicating info when asked. The vehicle was pinned in & I had to twist their arm to get them to move other trucks so I could even get this one out

Lyhnard M.The customer service wasn't friendly. When it was time to pay the payment process was confusing. Left feeling like i paid in full until i came back to drop off and more fees were added. Also I wish the person who helped me spoke clearly and didnt leave me waiting in the lobby. It was my forst time rent a s I wont be going back or refering to a friend. Will look for another company to rent a vehicle
