Could not drive the vehicle on the military base where I had to go cause the insurance and registration information in the truck was expired and the tabs were expired.

Yvette LThe franchise owner said he would initially charge me for the 24 hour rate and if the vehicle was returned within 4 hours he would return the extra portion and only collect theb4 hour rate. I returned the vehicle in 3 &1/2 hours yet he kept the full 24 hour rate. I definitely recommend handling your rental online and not in person with this franchise

douglas cThe online checkout was too restrictive and a pain. I would not recommend. In addition to your credit card, copy of license, and a selfie to confirm it's you, they want to call TWO of your friends to say your good for the rental. One was my cab driver. Seriously?

Clifford G1. Provide second (extra key) 2. Offer options for transportation between the airport and Uhaul facility. Suggestion: the Uhaul dealer could park the vehicle in the airport parking lot for a fee. This arrangement would eliminate the fear of not getting to Uhaul before closing time.
