They were closed when we picked up on Saturday. We were going through the app trying to get the code for the key box. After 30 minutes of trying one of the employees drove by and noticed we were having a hard time. They stopped and took care of it. Great job taking care of fellow Alaskans!

Bryan LAlthough counter pick up was requested at specific time and confirmed via email, no attendant was on site at the time. 20 minutes after rental time start an attendant appeared. APP check in is cumbersome and only works when having ATT mobile contract. This means visitors/travelers will have difficulty using the online services. For those reasons an attendant is necessary. No sheltered area available to process outside check in and drop off.
