I changed my payment method before pickup but UHaul used the old payment method. The UHaul app needs to be improved for the checkout and check in. During check out the app limits how many photos can be uploaded. Thus I could not document all the damage with UHaul. During the check in I click the “I” for a photo example and the app kick me out so I could not add any photos. U-Haul if you are going to use this process then please get it right.

Daniel BKeys were not in the lockbox, support gave me codes to all the boxes, still no keys.. coffee employee from place next door came to check the location office for the truck. She gave me the keys. Upon return , uhaul app disnt return the truck after 3 tries. No employees there at 3pm even though hours say till 4pm
david sTruck was not full of fuel when picked up. App wanted me to load picture of fuel gauge then told me I had uploaded too many. Returned full
