Charged my credit card for mileage and gas even though we put gas in it when we got there and they checked it in than Later after we left we get emailed saying we were charged $32 for gas. Had to go back several times for them to check the uhaul in due To not having actual paper work only had it on email. I work in customer Service and this is not how I would treat someone.

This drop off was very helpful. The only downfall was limited parking. Trying to get gas in the 20” truck was very rough to do. But overall very helpful especially with the wrong truck being issued to me.

I've had 2 knee reconstructions and when I got the truck to the garage to load it didn't have a ramp. Spent 2 1/2 hours on phone and by the time I was approved to change I didn't have time to go back and get the other truck.

U-haul online check in took half an hour to work, and then I still had to go into the store, whose internet was down. What's the point? And for the truck return, the website told me to use the key dropbox, but there wasn't one. I had to go back in the store and complete check in the old way.

Didn't get the pads we ordered. Truck was dirty. Only 1/2 tank of gas. The person I talked to was hard to understand and he had a hard time understanding me. Couldn't understand or answer questions.

The truck was dirty and in bad shape when received. There were scratches, dents, stains, and a 3/4 tank of gas. We were very unhappy with location because there were people laying behind the building very obviously on something, homeless people sitting on the uhauls, and people trying to trick the cashier into selling them cigarettes under age. It was a very bad experience to say the least. When we got there, they didn't even have the truck we reserved and we did not get the $50 reservation guarantee refund... It was a fight to get the same price on the one up than the one we got and they were asking us to drive an extra hour to a different location and spend more mileage, then to just give us the next size up from the one we reserved.

Very nice group, may have just gotten one they didnt look at but, the power steering has a pretty bad leak requiring 24oz of atf fluid.. i have pictire and receipts. A reimbursement would be nice but not entirely necessary..

The lady at the counter was very helpful, but your contactless system was HORRIBLE to use. It took me way too long to pick up my truck. Same old hassle as always when you work with uhaul.

It's a convenience store/gas station so there is a lot of traffic. It was one guy working the store so was multitasking. I got friendly service and I appreciated the pleasant conversation with the gentleman attending me. I only wish I could have gotten exclusive service, but I understand the gentleman was in charge of the whole gas station by himself. Thank you U-Haul for great rates and making my move possible. The truck was nice and I moved to a new house.

This is a convenience store which is clearly the priority. UHaul is poorly staffed and the lady said that she can not leave the store because the UHaul rentals were a convenience for the customer. Had issues hooking up the trailer and the lights didn't work Either. Employee did not care about the trash that was in the trailer and handed me a trash bag. She blamed it on homeless people living in it. I was totally inexperienced in hooking up a trailer and need the assistance of another customer to get help. Avoid this place!

Computer was not working blamed uhaul webite. Charged additional $44 for milage. I had specifically asked the pickup location about the low miles because of the interstate versus mountains and they said it would not matter that I would not be charged additional. Then they could not take my credit card. Overall very poor experience.

When I went to pick up the 10 ft truck on Dalton Pike I was told the truck could not be rented - stuck in a ditch. Had to go to another location, Inman St., and get a 15 ft truck. No one advised me that the 10 ft truck couldn't be rented. The people at U-Haul 800 number are very disconnected and impersonal. I was not happy with the total experience.

This location was beyond horrible with no real customer service!! It is part of a gas station/convenience store and the clerk kept walking away from me to help other customers. After a good 30 minutes she handed me my receipt and told me to go find my trailer. I asked where I would find it and she said 'in front, out back, I don't know'. I asked if there was someone who could assist me if I needed help hooking up and she said 'No. We are just a gas station'. I thought they were also a Uhaul facility?? So we find the trailer behind the building and lift it to connect to my tow hitch, and while we are connecting, a homeless man is removing all of his things from the trailer, where he had been staying. I felt bad evicting him, but he was gracious and even assisted us with our hookup. Then we realized there was no connector to hook up electrical. I pulled around to the front and went in to ask for one and the same clerk told me I would have to unhook and go buy one at an auto parts store. I asked if it wasn't supposed to be included with the rental and she said it was too bad, but they don't have any. So I unhooked in front of her gas station and left to go buy the electrical connector. When I returned to hook up again to the trailer, the evicted tenant came over to make sure I got it all hooked up correctly and to make sure my lights were working. This homeless man was the best service I had there, and yet he refused the tip I offered him. This location is otherwise horrible and clearly they don't care at all about their Uhaul customers. I will never recommend them, and honestly I would suggest Uhaul remove their association with this facility.

Walked in to a fiasco. They had music playing so loud that I could not understand what the attendant was saying. Basically he barked "mileage and gas". I had already replaced the fuel. I think he expected me to fill up at his station.

We originally made our reservation at a closer location. The agent at that location is always more than helpful. However, customer service is not. It seems to be getting harder to access 20' trucks on our side of town.

I took a picture of mileage prior to pulling out of the parking lot, and a picture as soon as it was parked when returned. I was overcharged for mileage, added 6 extra miles to my bill. If this happens every time to people then someone is making a lot of money off scamming customers!

Trailer was not inspected and all 4 tires low on air, considered flat. Told to go find trailer on my own. Good thing I had ability to inflate tires, had blowout 90 miles into trip. Not happy at all.

Worker at Oasis tried to overcharge for truck rental. There was no dolly after I had reserved one for over a week. Truck only had one eighth gallons of gas in truck. I had to call U Haul several times to get this mess straightened up. Terrible experience with employee and U Haul.

Called Saturday night and asked if it was ok that wouldn't have it there by 10:00 am. Said “no problem , Don't worry about it”. Returned it only to find I'd been charged for an extra day and insurance.

Send them to another location. The owner/person on duty at the time of pickup refused to help with the trailer. I am 68 years old and asked if he would come out to help and he said NO. I suggested he had to come help and he said "I don't have to do nothing that's your job." Fortunately for me a bystander saw me struggling and helped. The man in charge was an ASS. Will never go there again.

The man at the counter stayed on the phone with what seemed like a personal call while I stood and waited. He then had me talk to him while he remained on the phone. He was rude and abrupt. He tried to turn me away and not allow me to return the truck there because he was "full." I had to get my boyfriend to come in and help me return the truck. He did not check our equipment return or anything. We took pictures ourselves to prove everything was returned incase he tried to dispute us. We had to take a picture of the receipt on our phone because he used his ipad and was unable to print.

Was upgraded to a 26' truck from a 20' truck, nice gesture but was too big for parking in area moved to, this is why I ordered a 20' truck to begin with. I ordered an appliance dolly for my move and wasn't told until picked the truck up that one was not available, had to waste 2 hours going to Home Depot to rent an appliance dolly for more money. The truck was dirty and there were probably 3 dozen or more moving blankets scattered in the back taking up space. In future will spend more to get better service with a different company.

This is a convenience store in a very hard to get into and out of location. Ive gotten this truck and dropped a truck off here before. There's only one employee working and takes care of his convenience store customers before they worry about uhaul, give you a key tell you the truck's outside but they never know where, you just have to go find it. They're unfriendly and hard to understand.

I did not put on my contract a drop off point. However when I went to drop off truck close to my home I was told 1. No contract under my name 2. Truck was already returned and checked in 3. $60 fee for dropping off at a different location. The gentleman at the Dockery Rd location spent a long time on phone correcting entire issues for me. UHaul below expectations!!!

Rented a 5x8 trailer is was dirty, tires had low air pressure, taillights where missing. Refused the trailer I was directed to another trailer that was in pristine condition. Hooked up the trailer by myself paper work was not changed to reflect the different equipment number. Returned the trailer on time. 1 week and 1 day later was contacted to see if I still had the trailer. Dealer never checked in equipment. I will never rent from this dealer again.

They checked us out in the wrong truck!! Mileage was also entered wrong, so when we tried to return it via the website, it said we owed over $21,000!! Which caused us to have to leave the uhaul place and return the next morning and turn it in.

They told me to hook the trailer up by myself and after I got someone to help me lift it in there I hooked up the lights and checked them but the sun must have been shining on the one side because they really weren't working. They never checked my wiring harness for the lights or even checked that I was using the vehicle I said that I would. Luckily I stopped at a uhaul in cape Girardeau, MO, and they not only fixed it right, they gave me a VIP certificate to cover the cost! They were awesome! I am a 54 year old woman...why would you assume that I could lift that trailer let alone know how to properly hook it up?

This is a busy convenience store. One clerk cannot take care of store customers and uhaul customers at the same time. We checked in online, but it still took 45 minutes to get a trailer

You charge for the truck and then mileage on top of that you have to fill tank up which was expensive. And a limited time of usage of the truck. I thought it was a bit much.

I asked many times for a person to.call me . I rented this trailer. Apparently no fluid in brake system found out going over mountains On 441 south ... ..had someone been using this In smaller truck it could have been disaster ... And pick up location was convenience store. No telling when fluid was checked .. no gasket Was on master cylinder when I added fluid. From now on I'll check. . Everything else was good condition. ... didn't get to move everything to Valdosta. Turned trailer in at tifton ..I would like a refund. Thanks
