The lights didn’t work and there was no one to assist. I drive all the way from Ohio and had to drive back. There was no assistance available and I had no options but to pull a trailer with defective lights. I just pulled a trailer and the lights on my truck worked fine. The clerk kept stopping processing my order to wait on customers. I was there before they were. He should have completed my order and made them wait. I’m extremely disappointed in such poor service.

THE WORKERS WERE NOT HELPFUL THE TRUCK AND TRANSPORT WERE IN A TIGHT LOCATION I HAD TO HOOK UP TRANSPORT BY MYSELF. THEN THE TRANSPORT WAS TOO SHORT FOR MY VEHICLE. RETURNED IT NEXT MORNING STILL PAID FOR IT AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO TAKE IT BACK

I was sent to this location by U-Haul because my original choice was not open, even though it was listed as such in the available local U-Haul listings. I drove 13 miles to the first location, found it was closed, 13 miles back home, saw the email stating that U-Haul had moved my reservation to another dealer, drove 15 miles to the second location to find it was a convenience store with one employee who attended to me in between selling gas, cigarettes and lottery tickets to other customers. He was not interested in seeing the information about the rental that I had printed directly off U-Haul's website and we went through the whole process repeating everything that I had already done online. He made no attempt to check out the trailer or help me hook it up. After finding that I needed an electrical adapter, I asked him if I could buy one there and was told I had to provide my own. This required finding an open auto parts store and more time deducted from my rental. I took the trailer even though it smelled as if it had sat for a long time filled with dirty laundry. When I returned the trailer, the same convenience store employee did not look at it but handed me a receipt without offering me a chance to sign it. He scrawled his initials or signature in the space provided for him and we were through with the transaction. Today, on the way to return the trailer, I drove past three other U-Haul locations within three miles of the one I was forced to use, all of which had several trailers in yards that were much easier to access than the crowded gas station/convenience store that I rented from. None of them were open. The only positive thing I can say about this experience was that the tires were inflated and the lights worked, after I bought an adapter.

The staff at this location was friendly, but I expected a little help to hook up the trailer to my vehicle, and then make sure everything I hooked up was correctly done.

The attendant at this location was rude and threatened to charge me a fee because he didn’t check the return key box. Saying he would have to say i was late if he couldn’t find the key. It was in the box..

Had to unlatch trailer myself, but couldn’t. Only one store person, but he came out and could not unlatch either. He called someone, but he couldn’t unlatch trailer either! Finally a store patron saw I was having difficulties and he came over and was finally able to unlatched trailer for me.

The Work behind the counter had me waiting for roughly an 45 minutes so she could take care of those who are not Uhaul customer waiting for a long time. when ask she says that they come first before us at all. The gas amount was not correct which I did inform her about after checking the gauge.

I attempted to leave the truck at the Oasis on Dalton Pike and she told me it would charge me double to do that. I explained i was told within 50 miles. She said sorry. I later found out it was a training issue.

The Indian guy told me I could drop it off with no issues at a different location. He even called them to check it. I got to the location that’s a few miles away and I was told there’s be a fee. This was an inconvenience for me as I was in a little bit of a time crunch and had asked to be able to drop it off at the location because of the time crunch. I am displeased with the customer service and will not rent be renting from U-Haul for quite some time.

on 8-5-18, per my receipt, I replied to 774004_AFM@uhaul.com. To date, I have not heard back on this email. Your website showed that rentals were available at 7:00 am at this location so this is why I picked this location. One would assume that if you can rent at 7:00 AM, you can return at 7:00 AM. I had a 2 day rental starting 8-3-18, at 7:00 AM. On 8-5-18, my husband was at the rental location at 6:50 AM to return the rental. There was no staff at this location and the first employee showed up around 7:50 AM. Later that day we received an emailed invoice for an additional $42.79, showing a 3 day rental. I do not think I should be charged a 3rd rental day since I was at the rental location before 7 AM to return the rental; the renting location did not open in a timely manner on 8-5-18. I am requesting that I be refunded the $42.79 I was charged for a 3rd day rental as I was there before 7:00 am to return. I shouldn't be penalized because the staff did not show up and process my return until 7:52 AM.

WHEN I NEEDED TO EXTEND MY 15' TRUCK I WAITED 30 MINUTES BEFORE I GOT A REPRESENTATIVE. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE LAST REPRESENTATIVE SHE WAS TRULY AWESOME. SHE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC ABOUT THE WAIT. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. SHE TOLD ME HER NAME, BUT I DO NOT REMEMBER. I ASK THAT YOU CHECK YOUR RECORDS AND FIND THAT INDIVIDUAL AND REWARD HER FOR HER CARING ATTITUDE.
