Charged for going over miles even though they knew the location I was going to. Someone else ubered to the location & their rental was not there after they received confirmation of pick up.

Dina R.No contract. No one knew anything. And the gas level in the truck was wrong when matched to the online contract. I had to pay for a quarter tank l never used. When I asked the person I at the gas station to change it to match the online contract they said no they didn't know how to.

The app keeps crashing and you have to start all over again. I hope you fix these problems and everything will be ok. I filled out the questionnaire and passed verification for 40 minutes.
