Have the place check to make sure trailers are actually functional! It cost us a whole moving day because the tie downs were so poorly maintained

Reserved truck was not available (reserved a one-way truck, was told only in-town trucks were available). Reserved equipment was not available (furniture dolly) and had to go to a second location for this equipment. Communication was poor and unprofessional. Location was difficult to navigate. Would not recommend this location.

OSCAR HI was hit with a $50 gas charge that I was not made aware of. I only drove the car less than 20 miles and I was very upset about this. I had no idea that I was supposed to put gas in the car myself.
